1 night with paw pass 1 day meal plan and a few add-ons was north (by a hundred or two) of 1000 dollars cdn. We are a single income family and trips like this are saved for, for months, in addition to being booked and financed (just the beds) 1 year in advance. After 2 years of going, we are questioning the value. (Though likely booking 1 more time... A multi night deal would be an amazing incentive to rebook ASAP. I cannot say a negative thing about this place, other than the moths it left in my wallet...lol

This place is phenomenal. The food with the meal plan is fantastic. The paw passes give good value if you are getting add ons for the kids. The cleanliness is bar none, the cleaning staff are friendly and able to help with answering questions. The kitchen, hosting, and ambassador staff are patient, friendly and keen to help. And last but definitely not least, the life guard and slide operators are professional, courteous yet stern and leave you feeling that your family is in great hands.

I was upset that I paid for a paw pack and my children didn’t get to choose photos because the photo machines on the water slides weren’t working. Also the game they play around the hotel two parts were broken so my kids didn’t get to complete the missions.

Although we loved our stay the cost was high.

Waterpark was great - clean, staff was organized and helpful, towels and life jackets available, nice and warm. Waterslides for both young and old were fun. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We purchased the meal plan for one day and all 9 of us were extremely happy with the variety, quality and staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely delicious breakfast and dinner buffet - something for everyone. Paw passes for the toddlers were well worth the additional cost and the kids loved it. Have to mention that the staff went above and beyond on several occasions - made our stay even more enjoyable. We were 6 adults and 3 toddlers and all loved our stay!

Only negative was that there was multiple families traveling together in the rooms adjacent to us and they kept us up most of the night with slamming of doors and going back and forth to each others rooms. Kept our kids awake

The wave pool was great and my daughter enjoyed the quest so much! We had a kid cabin and was perfect for our stay. The food was delicious and there was many choices in the game room.

Most restaurants were pretty pricey, other than the one inside the waterpark. It would have helped if the shows/programs for kids happening in the lobby were advertised more. We didn't know about them, just happened to see them when we were going to the arcade.

Staff were extremely friendly at Great Wolf Lodge! Waterpark was fun of course, as was the arcade. We ate at the buffet for breakfast. It had a large variety of choices and was excellent! Room was spacious and clean.

To start the rooms are great size but didn’t like that the sink was in main room instead of in bathroom. Made it hard to brush teeth and blow dry hair when rest of room is sleeping. Couldn’t get blow dryer to work either. I realize it’s a kids resort but the rooms could be a little more sound proof. Kids running up and down hallway late at night and could hear the family in the next room to us. Pool area was great except the change rooms are really really cold. The family change room should be larger or have another built. It was always super full. I know everything is on line now a days but a good old fashion map would be great. Had to do a lot of walking to find kids club room and locate the restaurants. Don’t get me wrong, we did enjoy our visit and will be back for a longer stay next time.

The noise after 10. If you have an infant or a toddler, be prepared that you will have a hard time to put them to sleep. Just be prepared. As all the noise from the hallway comes straight to your room. I wish they had «watchers», (like the one they have by the pool), to remind excited kids to hush hush after 10

I love everything about Great Wolf 🐺 lodge. It's a very family oriented environment, the kids love the water park, the arcade etc. It was my second time going this year 2023. And I have share my experience with other friends and family to take a trip there. I will definitely be going back. It's my get away fun place to go. Thank you great wolf lodge see you next time.

Room was a great size for a family of four, with microwave and fridge. Breakfast was good with a great selection of options. Great pool and waterpark on site. Great location for exploring the surrounding Niagara area.
