Requested smoking room but because I booked using booking.com and not the motel directly the hotel saves smoking rooms booked directly through motel.

Towels were not soft and only provided one of each towel per person. Bed could have been more comfortable for money. Pillows were not soft enough and only sheet and bedspread provided without a blanket. Was happy I had a blanket in the car The room door did not have a lock that could be locked from the inside with only a flimsy chain that could be easily broken into.

Great location, liked microwave and refrigerator available with convenient ice machine and laundry. Bathroom was a good size, clean with good water pressure.

As somebody who doesn't drive, it's too far from other amenities, like restaurants.

Tv didn’t work properly and carpet is very dirty needs shampooing my white socks were black after walking on the floors. Not enough towels and were very small.

The bathroom floor could use a good cleaning, and if they could do something to lessen the bad smell in the room it would much improve the expensive of staying here

Nice and close to the airport, only a 15 minute drive on a Sunday morning… right across the road from the lake, with green space nearby. The hotel room had a really funky smell, and the bathroom floor was really dirty -ground in dirt in the textured linoleum floor

Older facility, everything was on the "worn-out needing replacement scheme of things, from carpet on the floors, to bathtub, walls, and furniture, and heating/AC machine. Linens-appeared old but were very clean According to a large sign from the local planning department in the front yard facing the street, this site is scheduled for tear-down and new multi story residential building to be constructed on this property, so there is probably little incentive to invest in the current building or faculties

location, guest laundry, even though the washing machine only had one choice of cycles and water temperature contrary to other reviews the wifi worked very well for me contrary to other reviews no issues with other guests the front desk staff was good and helpful for my very limited needs

The rooms didnt see a renovation in decades. The price is so high compared to the facility. I had a room near the laundry room it was supposed to close at 9pm but laundry machine was still running at 11pm. Not the best experience. Im not comparing it with 5 stars hotels. But could be better with the price i paid

Chuckie doll in the window did not instill confidence!

Surprisingly clean for a motel of that age. bed was comfortable. weird that there looks like full time renters in a ground floor room with Christmas lights all year round, and a "Chuckie" doll in the window... Yeah, kind of creepy!
