Very hard to find much wrong with this place as it is an old home which Trish & Norm have tenderly restored with a lot of capital. We loved the old woodwork and trim around the doors and windows. If I could find anything to complain about it would be that all rooms are upstairs and if you had trouble as a senior climbing stairs you might find this a bit difficult, but hey, perfect has only been attained by one person and that was Jesus!! Keep up the great work Trish.

Excellent location and Trish was a wonderful host. She overdid it with the breakfast for me as I'm a light eater when it comes to breakfast She was a great help in finding attractions to explore as we're bringing a bus group to Niagara-On -The -Lake in June. Green Oaks is in a good location if you like quiet and countryside.

This B&B house is really old and even it is fully renovated the smell in the room still not perfect.

This wonderful B&B is in a perfect location for touring around the Niagara Region. My room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a view of a neighbouring vineyard. The breakfast included with the stay was exceptionally good and the hosts were very thoughtful to ensure that any dietary restrictions were accommodated. The hosts really do pay attention to all the little things that make your stay enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again.

Chose such a classical and elegant villa to stay, the owner introduced the house has a history of more than 100 years, the living environment is very beautiful, the house furniture, tableware are classical British, some of the supplies in the room reflect the owner's special intentions and quality. The breakfast provided was very delicious and sweet, and it was very convenient to have breakfast with guests from two countries at the same table, although there was no shortage of language barriers, but with the same elegant group of guests to eat together, I felt that I had come to a scene in a movie, very warm and dreamy feeling, really a surprise experience.

There was nothing I would change about anything, our experience was wonderful staying here. We were extremely refreshed and relaxed after our stay at Green Oaks Bed & Breakfast. Very impressed.

Green Oaks B & B is very quaint property, exceptionally clean and was everything my friend & I were looking for in a comfortable & lovely stay in the wineries area. Trish made our stay extremely memorable, her fun personality & warm attentiveness to her guests is top notch. Breakfast was delicious and well presented, all local items, very tasty. The beautiful grounds & flowers, and chickens wandering outside added a charming touch to the ambience and homey feel to our visit. We actually felt welcomed like family! Would definitely be returning to stay here again.

This is a lovely old character home that is located in the heart of wine country. Trish and Norm are truly welcoming hosts and we enjoyed everything about our stay. We greatly enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the dining room with the other guests to share their experience of the area.

It was perfect. We liked everything.

They served an excellent breakfast. I will be trying to duplicate apple pancake. The table is set beautifully and homemade jams and local fruit were delicious.
