Shower head leaks all over. No extra blankets. Not enough towels/linens. No bowls only plates. Shower door handles very loose on both doors. Poses a health and safety risk. The bath tub is too high. Again poses a slip and fall risk .

The only thing that was annoying which Grey Rose had no control over was a small dog barking and running about above us on wooden floors till after 11 pm.

There are no thermostats to control temperature in the room. A small heater was provided but a cooling fan would have been most helpful. We could have contacted owners with our concern but it was around midnight and didn't want to call them at that hour. No screen on the patio door as we attempted to open it for cooler air.

The pictures online are not all updated, so the rooms may not be what is expected. This is technically a positive however as they are more renovated and even better than in the pictures. Another technical positive was the upgrade itself - we were very appreciative of the kindness of the owners to upgrade the room, but we were not asked and actually wanted the room we booked and not the upgraded one.

Everything. The suites are spacious, well-equipped, and updated. They are an excellent value for the money and have anything you could want and more. Even had a free room upgrade. The owners are extremely friendly, very helpful, and easy to reach by phone for questions or concerns.

This is my issue but not enough pillows and the ones there are to firm. Also being short a step stool to get into the bed. You have amazing items in the small kitchen area. So I purchased a kettle and toaster for myself for my breakfast!

Amazing suite decorated beautifully. Home away from home. The deep bathtub was amazing! I loved the BBQ to make a meal!

The Keurig coffee maker stopped working after I made my coffee so my son did not get his coffee. I know that we could have called the owners, however, we were going out for breakfast so it was really not an issue. The pillows were too hard but not the beds.

Exceeded my expectations ! Self check-in was so easy but we never had the pleasure of meeting the owners. The Yellow Rose Suite was huge, beautifully decorated, quiet and very comfortable. There was even cream in the fridge for our coffee ! We will definitely stay there again, if in the area. Highly recommend it !!

I don’t have any complaints. I wish Grey Rose Suites was located in an area we go to every year. I would definitely book a room here, if we are in Hanover again.

The owner was present and welcoming when we arrived. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The seating to watch TV was comfortable. I was concerned that the room might be noisy, as it was right off the parking lot, but it was quiet.
