The room we stayed in (not sure if it’s the case for all rooms) was pretty snug and walls were slanted so definitely felt a little on the small side. Although, for my husband and I it worked nicely regardless especially since we really only used the room to sleep and were out and about all day.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great with it being walking distance from all the shops, restaurants, and waterfront. We parked our car in the parking lot of hotel and did not need it for the duration of our stay (although be prepared to walk up/down some pretty steep hills! To no fault of the hotel, just the landscape of Tadoussac 😉) I especially liked the fact that the hotel helped book our whale watching excursion (and provided us with a bit of a discount) - everything was set up for us when we arrived at the hotel! Easy peesy.

After some issues with check in in other places we arrived to find Max at the reception. He was funny, welcoming and gave us lots of good information about Tadoussac.The rooms were perfect and reasonably priced. parking is free and the wifi is good.

Everyone was extremely friendly at the hotel. Great location being right in town could easily walk around.

No breakfast was offered but we were given tea and coffee pods for the coffee machine in our room. Didn’t like climbing the stairs and I would ask for ground floor next time. Also no ice to be found.

The room was cute with a very comfy bed. It also had a small outdoor balcony that was perfect for enjoying morning sunshine with a cup of tea. The hotel was located at the top of the hill and all the restaurants, souvenir shops and the beach were all within walking distance. The rooms were clean but the hallways and staircase was a little weathered. There were no microwaves in the room but one was conveniently located down the hall. There were also extra glasses, cutlery, tv trays and folding chairs and even a stroller in that area. We used a tv tray for breakfast on the balcony. There was a fridge in the room. Parking was also offered free of charge. I would stay there again.

The room was small and cramped. While not an issue for us, there is no elevator and quite a few stairs. We did not find an ice machine. Mostly French only TV channels.

Staff very nice and knowledgeable of the area, with good recommendations for dinner. Location was good. Walking distance to the waterfront, restaurants and shops. Balcony was nice but had no real view. There was a cube refrigerator in the room and a shared microwave in the hall.

The restaurant associated with the hotel didn't have a menu... very strange. There were many other places to grab a bite, and thus we ended up going elsewhere.

The room had an ensuite, aircon and a balcony overlooking the side road. The size of the room was a bit small, and the balcony helped. The location is fantastic as you can easily walk anywhere , even up the hill to a great restaurant 20 minutes away. Staff were very friendly and helped us book our boat tour ahead of our arrival.

The room was quite small and the bed was a bit lumpy. The sink did not drain well although it was not bad enough that we needed to call for maintenance. No microwave in the room - but there was a communal one located in the hall.

Location near downtown and waterfront is great. Can walk to most attractions. Room has heat pump, balcony, mini-fridge - all nice features. Access to nearby lake for swimming via pedestrian tunnel is really nice. Parking space supplied with the room is really nice as parking everywhere is hard to find.
