We wished we were a little closer to Old Quebec. The drive was only about 20 minutes but the parking was hard to find.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Waffles were delicious. Cafe had coffee all day, fresh and hot. We both through the items available were fresh and well presented.

We booked a room with a kitchen. There was no equipment at all. And the kitchenette was minimal. Includes microwave and small refrigerator. If you want to prepare something, you don't have the means for it. Regarding the room, there are no windows that open. This is a big problem when there is a corona epidemic. The air conditioner is noisy. I can't sleep when it's on. No chairs and table. And the beds are very high. It was really hard for my mother to get into bed. Another problem is that I asked for a room close to the elevator. It turns out that the room I booked was really far away. At the end of the corridor. But no one thought to write it down for me before we arrived. So when we arrived we had no choice. They offered us to change the room to a smaller one which is closer to the elevator. But it had a bath and not a shower. It was impossible for my mother. Because the reservation was through Booking, it was not possible to receive the difference in room prices. When you order so long in advance, and make a request, I think it should be addressed. At breakfast there is not enough selection for those who do not eat fried eggs and sausage... and there is no room for everyone. There is no observance of the rules of distance. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The springs in the mattress stuck out and I got up with back pain.

The room was very spacious. Plenty of parking. Close to the supermarket so you can buy groceries. The reception staff is very nice. Excellent background music

They should have a new policy posted in regard to room service. We went out when we came back bed are not fixed , no need towels and garbage didn’t remove.

Breakfast wasn’t good even by Hampton Inn standards (hot food wasn’t heated through, waffle batter watered down so it didn’t cook properly on the waffle iron), ran out of plates so we had to use styrofoam boxes, the coffee was watered down all 3 days. And the pool is a little small.

Staff is not friendly. Room size is a little bit small.

The room is very clean. Facilities are new, and parking is free. Breakfast is included and not bad, which is quite convenient.

everything was excellent, just it was not shampoo in the bathroom. But I had mine so I used it. A kid puke 🤮 in the pool so it was not possible to use it. People from the front desk are so silent they don’t speak to much. come on you can be more gentle.

This hotel was super nice!! one of the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed. I loved every minute there. breakfast so nice wonderful room pretty silent, so you can sleep so well. People who works cooking breakfast are so nice and gentle

Hotel is in an ideal location to vist the City and surrounding areas, it is clean with a very good breakfast, some of the staff on Reception were a bit unfriendly, the guy who was on duty when we checked in 21 May pm was lovely and aswered our questions in a helpful, friendly manner, the rooms are large and light, there are supermarkets and eateries nearby.
