We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaOur breakfast cheese omlette was awful. It was a tasteless lukewarm piece of rubber. It seemed like cooked offsite hospital food. The waffle was meh.. the table syrup that was available to us was cheap crap. you'd be better off serving Egg McMuffin knock offs
perfectly clean. front desk and dining area staff were super friendly and helpful. the sausages and brown beans were very good. the woman who helped us with the waffle machine was very kind , and super respecful when asking for our covid credentials

CanadaQueen beds instead of double beds. Refrigerate was warm or freezing, need bigger garbage pails. Comfortable table and chairs would be extremely helpful, room didn,t have either, asked for chairs and they gave us stackables.

Canadawe asked for a crib for our baby. the mattress of the crib was very poor. our baby did not sleep at all and as a result we didn't either. we left super tired.
the staff were very helpful and friendly. the hotel is brand new so it was also appealing. the beds were comfy as well. and the location was cool. there is a casino right in front of the hotel.

The room was so big, it was amazing! There was a good selection of muffins in the morning. I liked that it was right next door to the casino. The room and hotel were very quiet and it was easy to sleep.

Comfortable, clean good size room. Gorgeous bathroom. Excellent location if you are headed to the Casino! We could see the front doors from our room. Breakfast was great- lots to choose from. They checked vaccination status for the breakfast. The bed was comfortable - though I expected larger pillows on a king size bed - not a deal breaker though. Located on main artery in to Peterbrough, so easy to find.

CanadaI don’t remember seeing any info on restaurants in the area. It didn’t affect us as we arrived late and just bought a snack next door at Tim Hortons. As there is no restaurant on site dining options would be helpful.
Breakfast was delicious. And the nice lady attendant was indeed attentive and gave us very useful info when I told her it was moving day for us to the area.

CanadaIt’s secure parking is non existent. There are a few spots out front ‘reserved’ for platinum members. Everyone else is parking in a shared lot with the casino that is four rows of cars from rear of hotel. Wasn’t thrilled with leaving car with the down and outs we saw hanging around rear lot. Spaces are very narrow as well. Really felt like it was all an afterthought. It was a Saturday evening and most any decent restaurants were closed. The restaurant strip is about seven kilometers away. The hotel shared the tiny parking lot with a Tim Hortons which was also closed. Everything felt economically depressed.
The property was nice. Things are clean, the covid breakfast was well managed.
