Bathtub was definitely not cleaned so had to clean it before I could give my toddler a bath, bed was not comfortable and breakfast was mediocre

Decor is very outdated and depressing. TV remote didn't work. No drinking glasses, just paper cups. No fresh milk or cream at the breakfast coffee station.

Breakfast included, pool was great. Rooms were clean. You can walk across the parking lot to go to restaurants. Complimentary Coffee/tea/hot chocolate available 24/7 in the lobby.

After driving 16hrs I was asked to sit down and wait for the clerk to be finished and after 15mins of still no service update, I politely informed front desk that I had a reservation and could I please proceed to my room for rest.

The TV didn't work. No kleenex in the container. The bathroom fan didn't seem to work. Mentioned it to the attendant at the desk. Said there fans are super quiet. BTW this is my first review ever.

We bought a couple small bags of chips for an evening snack and they were quite expensive!

There were lots of choices for the breakfast. It was very good! Our room was very clean and comfortable! I would recommend this hotel! I will stay here again!

Great for family and kids. Very space locality. Police station is nearby and the roads are patrolled all night. The food around is very affordable and tasty.

When we booked on Booking, we thought we had a good room, if you go on the hotels web site, how booking described the room is different than the hotel. My wife asked if it was possible to have a room with a tub in it. They said okay they put us in an accessible room, which the girl at the desk said she wasn't, and she charged us 90 dollars extra (she did not say this) I found out when I saw the credit card statement. There was a crowd at the desk during checkout so I just left. I did not like the extra charge without being told.

The cleanliness of the room was poor, the tub had hair clumps when we filled it up with water. The sheets had dried blood stains. Was very upset and no resolution for the displeasure

Had to be moved to second floor as first room flooded in bathroom.and I had an elder that is confined to a wheelchair.tjought also we would be getting medical rates as it was a hospital appointments for my elder..for the amount of money spend will I be recommending.. definitely not .

The air conditioner is positioned to shoot air right at the bottom of the bed. When it would turn on, we'd get cold, when it would turn off, we'd get warm.

Great selection for the breakfast. Lots of choices for my picky toddler. The room was clean and the bed had great support for my back.

the bed was extremely uncomfortable. the bed looked like it had been slept in before we even checked in the first day. the air conditioner was so loud and vibrated so badly that it made sleeping very difficult. as a result we kept the temp higher than we would normally just so it would not kick on during the night. which made sleeping horrible along with the lumpy mattress.

Yes breakfast 👌 super! Still is cruel to close at 9 am. Our flt cancelations drive trought snow , we almost missed. Breakfast. An extra 1 hr, will help a lot. We bought a house in Aug 1 2020. Closing breakfast at 9 am .Room location , before moved in, We leaned good. We had 2 rooms for 4 nights from August first And 2 nights in July 2020. No breakfast at all for the pandemia.
