Canada1. Someone had tempered with my wife's makeup kit and her eyeliner was broken when we came back to the room on the third day. 2. The housekeeping did not change the bedsheets on day 2. They were changed only on day 3. 3. The ice vending machine on second floor was out of order. 4. The sofa bed was very dirty and uncomfortable.

CanadaWe had blocked rooms for our wedding, quite a few of our guests stayed at this hotel due to our wedding, me the groom came on site early Saturday morning to ensure I have a room. Unfortunately the rooms were not ready which is understandable but I did mention it would be a late booking they confirmed with me . Everything seemed ok, until we arrived. Myself in my tux My bride in her wedding dressed and no rooms for available for us. We were so upset, the poor gentleman behind the desk having a meltdown speaking to his manager on the phone saying “ I don’t think you understand this is the bride and the groom” . It was almost comical but it wasn’t because this ruined what was supposed to be a magical night for the bride and groom. It took them over an hour to find a room that they couldn’t enter apparently the locks don’t work on their suites and they couldn’t get a locksmith to come in. We did finally get a room with double beds after I booked a room with a king bed. We were so tired and so upset at this time it didn’t matter anymore. This brings me to the next day they put us in a room that one of my guests had switched from because the AC wouldn’t turn off or switch to heat. We switched rooms because it was freezing wedding dress in hand and all of our belongings. Long story short Thank you Hampton for ruining what was supposed to be a perfect night my wedding a night I will never get back worst experience ever. Poor management the reason behind this awful experience.

CanadaIt is my second stay and the second time I find pubic hair in the bathroom, on the counter and in a facecloth. On top of that when I went to use the kleenex I realized that someone had blown their nose and put it back at the top. On my first stay the drain (plug-mechanism) was not working properly so I had to shim it to empty the shower and this time my employee had the exact same problem...
Breakfast and staff were nice as well as the location.

Canada1) Paid Full price even though all amenities were closed and had no Military/Veteran discount 2) Grab & Go breakfast only available till 9am... leave it out till 11am since it's grab and go! 3) TV screen in Room 212 is washed out and has big bright spots in it and needs to be replaced 4) The Ice machine is still broken on 2nd floor and has been since the last time I stayed there 3 months ago! 5) Pillows in the room are absolutely wore out and the stuffing has crumbled inside them... zero support! 6) Hotel was virtually empty of guests but they managed to give us the worst room on the floor by the elevator door and to top it off placed a guest in the room immediately adjacent to us... no common sence used by staff... just trying to make life simpler for their cleaning staff having us all beside each other and closer to elevator!

CanadaThe staff is very RUDE and UNTRAINED don’t know how to deal with their guests, being a regular customer I asked to extend the stay for one more night, the front desk girl told me to come and pay right at that time and I told her I’ll be there in couple hours but she kept calling for four five times and said she doesn’t trust me even though my credit card was on file with them and my vehicle license plate number was on the check-in sheet. After she kept calling in the room then I went to front desk to pay and told the girl that she insulted me saying that she doesn’t trust me. She started arguing and said she was not safe me being there and called the police. I was sitting there waiting for the police to come then she asked me to pay and checked me in. I asked her that what about police she said she cancelled that. After paying for the extension I went in the room but after an hour or so police knocked on the door and told me to leave the room I felt very much insulted. I’m a businessman, regularly stay in hotels for business purposes and leisure and know what is the customer service and how to communicate but this hotel need trained and educated staff how to behave and deal with the guests. I’ll never go back to this hotel again and tell all my business friends as well not to book any rooms there or business meetings.

Canadacustomer service front desk when i left , explained my concerns and was told someone will contact me i heard nothing. linen was soiled and i slept in them not realizing it was there at the foot of the bed, disgusting. also breakfast that was included was not up to standards . was like a kids lunch bag for school . i know covid ect but theres an A&W in the same parking lot im sure you could of got certificates or something for a hot breakfast from there.

United StatesThere is virtually NO INTERNET service. I could connect on my phone but not on my tablet nor my laptop. I came down to the front desk and the woman made an attempt to get me connected but could not. She had no idea what was causing the problem. I went back to our room and found that it was a DNS server error and she should have restarted locally. She had no clue. Apparently you don’t have any IT service that could be called for assistance. I would definitely not recommend this hotel for business travelers or anyone who needs full use of the Internet.

CanadaCleaning was not up to par. Shelf in the shower had grime on it, not wiped. There were sticky spots on the desk and the counter by the fridge. The bathroom sink was not draining well. All these things were missed because of poor housekeeping. At least the sheets and towels appeared to be clean. During covid, my expectations for cleanliness were def not met!

CanadaThe front desk agent was not good . She is very rude. Whatever we ask she refuse to give us like we ask for extra blankets she didn’t give us and show attitude. Not even water bottles we had to pay for that .
