Longer hours for the gym.

The breakfast was way more than I expected, it was top notch. Kudos for that and the staff were equally amazing. I wish the gym hours started earlier, I had to miss out of my workouts because it didn’t open until 8am. But otherwise the place was nice and convenient.

This was our first time in Vancouver, we liked the location very easy to get around. Our first room had an issue and the staff was great in moving us to a new room.

Most of the staff were wonderful but we encountered one in particular at the front desk who was quite rude and not willing to assist or accommodate. We were traveling with children with anxiety issues and wanted to be on a lower floor and access the stairs to make their stay comfortable. It was a simple request that she was totally unwilling to help with. We ended up having to get the manager involved. It was unnecessary and frustrating.

The beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, clean and tidied daily, the jacuzzi was nice and the view from the Gym was awesome, the breakfast was a wide variety of food to suit everyone and it was very good value for money.

I loved the included breakfast, hot tub was nice, they provided with so many towels - which I loved! Enjoy to go in and out with the key card. You do have to pay for parking, which might be a good thing because it remains cheaper for those who's not using it.

Access to sky train, access to stadiums, location to downtown and restaurants. Also the included breakfast and workout facilities.

The property was clean, comfortable, and all you could ask for from a hotel.

Restaurant meal came out 5 mins after ordering and was disappointing because the noodles were pre cook and arrived hard and dry we even said wow just like MacDonals as a joke Seating we were not allowed to sit at one of the round tables incase more than 2 people arrived as they seat 4 people 5 mins later all the round tables only had 2 people sitting at them so that was disappointing too

No real negatives, just some suggestions - extra robes or rentable robes and slippers would be nice for the jacuzzi area - vending machines on each floor - more breakfast options for the hot breakfast would be nice, variety with the protein would be nice.

its not nice to book for one day but your day is less than 24 hours . i had a flight at 9 pm , and check out was at 11 am !!!!!!!!! first time i see a hotel telling me check out 11 , seriously i didn't like it and they didn't accept me to stay more or to extend it at least for 2 hours

The breakfast was not the greatest so we had a piece of toast as there was only 1 waffle maker and a huge line up. The rest was not very visually appealing. A 6 ft underground parking was offered but definitely did not fit our vehicle. Public parking was the only option offered and was very expensive. Thought maybe a hotel with only a 6ft clearance would at least have supplemented parking place with comparable prices. ( a deal with the parkade )

My room was great. Close to the elevator. Great view.
