There was so much hair in the bathroom, on the toilet and in the shower. Under the table there was old lip gloss from someone who forgot it there. Poor cleaning job. We did get to switch rooms but no upgrades or anything.

The breakfast was okay, but the menu was the same during my stay. In addition the breakfast room was too small, with not enough seats and kind of messy.

Good location. Right in front of BC Place stadium, close to science world, Canada Place, Vancouver Lookout. We booked a room for 4 and the room size was good for the family.

1. WiFi - Was ok but in some cases ( e.g. gym) you had to switch to Lobby WiFi 2. Elevators - Continuous down-times of the right elevator during our 9day stay and as a result the left elevator it was always full and taking too long to reach your floor 3. Gym - In general was ok, but, 3 treadmills and just the middle one is working fine...the right one was always off and the left one need to be repaired since the speed button is not operating 4. Breakfast : Come on guys, let's be serious, humans will reach Mars in the next years and you are offering buffet breakfast without any cheese ?????? Especially with such high cost ? Unacceptable ! Very Very poor breakfast, far from what other hotels offer. 5. Room amenities - In general was ok, but, since you give the option to your customers to use the Jacuzzi then you should have provided Slippers,Bathrobe and bigger towels.

The constant low humming noise in the room. The jacuzzi which had a truck load of chlorine in. It made my skin getting a rash. There are no bathrobes. There are towels which are quite small. There are changing rooms, but they are at the back of the gym. Which means you have to walk in your bathing suit through the nice fitness area to jacuzzi. And the fitness area is quite chilly. Especially when you are in your bathing suit. The choice of breakfast is very small. No proper yoghurt only sweetened little Danone tubs.

I found it ironic that after traveling throughout Canada for 3 weeks, we had never been asked to give a credit card to guarantee our rooms. I used a debit card through Booking.com to book this hotel initially, and we had used our debit cards in every other hotel/apartment, including another Hilton property without any problems. The manager was quite abrupt, and told us we would need to find somewhere else to stay. if we didn't have a credit card. He wouldn't listen to anything we said. This was late in the afternoon, 5 adults, 6 bags and a cold winter's night, so we were not terribly impressed with his customer service. Luckily my son's girlfriend had a credit card, which she kindly allowed us to use. I think the fact they wouldn't accept debit cards should have been mentioned before we arrived, either by Booking.com, or the hotel itself.

The breakfast was excellent, with every diet requirement catered for. The location was perfect, an easy walk into the city, and a bus stop not far away if needed.

The mattress was relatively hard and the pillows were thin. Our room had a kitchen with an induction cooktop. However, there were no directions on how to use it, which we did not use.

We stayed at this location as we were attending the 2023 Vancouver Boat Show at BC Place, which is less than 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. A fairly comprehensive breakfast was included in the price of our stay, which made our stay that much more enjoyeable.

The shorter Indian man there made me feel very self conscious, I knew where to park but he kept insisting I look at his screen as he pointed and talked racing away from me. I had to announce 3 times I’m hard of hearing. Finally he got it. Who knows what else was said to me but I tried to not let it damper my weekend.

Breakfast was good, great location to walk to see hockey, walking distance to restaurants was also nice.
