The non-bunkbeds were very comfortable, however the bunk beds were not. They will need to either have a mattress pad added or a new mattress all together as they are hard as rocks. The kitchens are not stocked, it was really difficult to locate plates, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. There were unfortunately dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived that were starting to mould. I'm only adding this because this place could be a 9/10 so easily and I really hope that the host take these suggestion.

Great place for large groups. There was tons of room to spread out and even get a little quiet time away from the group. The house was clean and everything was in mostly working order (the back patio doors have definitely seen better days). The neighborhood was quiet and really easy to navigate. The house is a bit outside of the main "tourist" area and makes it feel more tranquil and secluded. There was tons of parking out front and easy to navigate. The wifi worked well, it was a bit hard to locate where the password was however. It would be nice if there was a book or binder for the house that outlined a few things (wifi password, house rules, etc). Check in was easy, the keypad was a bit scratched up and a bit hard to read. Overall the value for the space and cost was great.

    No cons really.

The place was clean, spacious and came equipped with all basic kitchen items, linen and towels, etc. The location is close to downtown collingwood and blue mountain village The owner was quick to respond to all our queries.

Kitchens not very organized. Lots of cupboards with many utensils, pots and pans, plates, etc. But, they were scattered everywhere. Could have used more dinner plates. One of the toasters didn't work. Some expired food left behind by other travelers. Should be thrown out.

Lots of space for our group. Clean and plenty of kitchen utensils. Beds comfortable and lots of linen. Would go back again. Looking forward to doing a summer vacation with the family.

The living room furniture downstairs left a lot to be desired. It didn't look clean, comfortable or inviting. My brother slept on the couch and he said it was just okay, but it's not a place to sit and socialize. We had to clean the tables, counters and sinks before we used them. And thankfully we brought paper plates, cutting boards, knives, utensils, etc because all the dishes, glasses, mugs etc that we did use had to be washed first. I'm glad I brought dish cloths & towels because I wouldn't want to use the ones supplied. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When tidying and packing to leave, I found garbage in the living room that was obviously there before us. If they use a cleaning service, they are not getting their money's worth and need to find someone else. It is a beautiful property that has been allowed to go to ruin outdoors. The grass hadn't been cut in a while, weeds were growing in all the gardens, the backyard decks were not inviting so even though the weather was pleasant, we didn't spend any time outdoors. The hot tub doesn't work, and that is mentioned in the description, but they should get it fixed. It is a shame because this could be a gold mine, it could be a lovely place to stay and enjoy a holiday if only it was looked after.

The layout was very well done, the lower level bedrooms were easily accessible for Mom who can't do stairs. Mom said her double bed was very comfortable. My sister-in-law can't do stairs either, so she had the other bedroom downstairs with the double bunk bed. She found it too hard and put the upper mattress on top of the bottom one to make it more comfortable. We spent most of our time in the downstairs kitchen area, the dining table was very large and we could all fit around it to chat, eat & socialize. We brought chairs down from the bedrooms to fit us all. That was the best place in the villa! There is so much storage in the kitchen area, beautifully laid out. Upstairs, we only used the bathroom & 3 bedrooms but the living room looked very comfy and inviting. The kitchen area looked nice but again, we didn't use it so I have no info for that area. I loved the bedroom I had, the bottom double bunk was firm and very comfortable. Even when my husband joined me on the second night, it was still wonderful. My other sister liked her bed, too. The bedroom with the ensuite went to my sister whose milestone birthday it was and was fine for her & her husband the second night. The bathrooms upstairs & downstairs were large with plenty of space for our toiletries. The location is good, close to Collingwood downtown and not far to get to Blue Mountain Village.

There was a hot tub that wasn't filled but it would have been the icing on the cake if it was available for use.

Large house with enough room for a large family. Everyone came and had comfortable places to sleep, watch TV, and relax. There was more than ample parking. Very spacious home and will definitely book again. Its in a more secluded location in Collingwood so you felt like you were in the cottage.
