No dislike per say, it took us some time to figure out we could stream Netflix from an app on our phone to the TV. The food was great and convenient.

The resort is a bit secluded (out of town) right in nature, it’s lovely, it’s clean, it’s new as pictured and the soaker tub is a plus. The staff was polite and accommodated in room service and a late check-out.

Lodge staying open longer. Coffee is too strong and the cups are too small for the coffee drip. Tv has no movies to rent.

Friendly staff. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. They have limited menus as a result of staff shortages (Covid related) Rooms are very well equipped and very comfortable. View from deck is wonderful.

The view is amazing! Very beautiful, spacious room with all the necessities and even more. High quality appliances and overall everything is new. The bed was big and very comfortable. We loved the place and definitely will stay there again.

The restaurant was already booked upon arrival so we couldn’t eat there once during our 3 nights stay which made it a bit of a hassle to leave the resort each meal and/or order in. Room service wasn’t always easy as it was clear staff hadn’t dealt with it much before. We were often transferred two times even after calling the restaurant directly til they found someone who understood how to take our order.

Resort was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and responsive. It is pet friendly and they were very accommodating with our dog.

There was no breakfast available which is challenging with no way to cook or warm anything up in the room and it isn't walking distance anywhere. When we booked it said breakfast in the room so misleading ad. That was fixed after we reported it.

Staff were great. Awesome views and very nice rooms. Loved the shared fire areas for evening.

Restaurant services only available Wed/Thu of stay and restaurant only available for lunch and dinner but was closed unexpectedly on Thursday evening due to maintenance issues. Lots of travelling into downtown area to obtain meals. I believe they have resource issues and staff are performing 2-3 jobs. Unfortunately this made it challenging to reach the front desk (which was part of the pro shop at the golf course) as staff potentially handling other items outside. Any issues arising in the evening required guests to call a number and someone would get back to you. Beautiful location and setting, great staff but feels like this is a golf course first with hotel accommodation an after thought.

The room greatly exceeded expectations and was beautiful, with high quality finishings, comfortable bedding, beautiful robes and a nice seating area. Loved the rooms. They also had exceptional fire pits outside of rooms that were overlooking the river and lake....beautiful! Fire pits were press button start and stop - very well thought out. Each room had a very comfortable deck with glass railings that blocked the wind. Beautiful!

The staff was really rude and really didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I still haven’t received my receipt or the money back for damage deposit.

Having to beg for room service. On my insistence, they eventually brought towels and coffee (but the not-so-good stuff we had on the first day). I made up my own bed and brought my garbage bag and dirty towels to the front desk because it was not done. As a woman, I expect the cleaning to be done and not left to me on my vacation. As a bonus, chocolates every day would be a really nice treat for the price we pay for the room. Also, there were no writing pads/pens to leave a note on.

Air-conditioning in the rooms were not working properly so it was very warm and very hard to sleep

Dining experience was really poor. My partner and I checked in at 6.30pm, so we asked for a table for dinner at 7.30pm. Upon arrival back at 7.30pm it took over an hour to order 2 drinks, a burger and a salad - despite the restaurant having only another 15ppl in it. Annoying the salad turned out to be the wrong order and the burger was cremated. When we expressed our frustration to the servers they hardly acknowledged the delay or the errors. Personally when paying $20 for a cocktail and $35 for a burger (as a hotel guest too) you expect better. For anyone staying here, please don’t bother with the restaurant. Eat elsewhere to avoid disappointment. Such a shame! Customer services does not match the beauty of the resort. The room and location are great, really, but this place could be so much more!

Wonderful room with a super comfortable bed, and lovely balcony with fabulous views. Accommodation is set in a beautiful part of the valley, close to the town of Invermere and the beautiful lake Windermere etc. Cant fault the decor, the space of the room, the cleanliness or comfort. Lovely reception / clubhouse and dining area too. Ok value for money overall.

We had one issue after another, the water was going to be turned off, the restaurant wasn’t open everyday, we couldn’t use the driving range unless we had a tee time booked, they wanted us to change rooms because it wasn’t the right room for us (after we had spent a night), the code to the room didn’t work. After all that we went to a different hotel.

The rooms are very nice, and the gentleman working the front desk was wonderfully accommodating about letting us cancel after all the issues we had.
