2x Double bed room was a bit cramped for the two of us, which made sense in the small historic house, but otherwise a wonderful stay.

Accommodation was lovely, super clean and friendly staff. Location was great in terms of being able to walk through Charlottetown but not being right in the centre. The provided breakfast in the morning was amazing and there were good Vegan/GF options available.

The room lacked the charm we anticipated for such a historic area/property. The refrigerator was very noisy and the bathroom is in need of updating.

Room was spacious. Breakfast and the breakfast room were delightful. Location was good. Complimentary parking was nice.

As I was in an attic room on the top floor, (South room) the sloped ceilings made it feel abit cramped especially the bathroom. Bathroom could do with a fresh coat of paint .shower tray was damaged and shower felt claustrophobic. Humming noise came on and off during the night, I thought it was the AC but in the morning figured out it was the fridge. Not great noise proofing, heard snoring during the night. Wi-Fi worked on the phone but laptop couldn’t pick it up in the room for some reason.

Nice seating areas around hotel, decent breakfast (nearby hotel I stayed in last weekend didn’t have breakfast because it was off season), staff were friendly, plentiful off street parking, good location to walk to Victoria Park and downtown.

Towels were hard and too much bleached..saw some stains in linen and pillow covers. Washroom could be mopped every day.

We don't think there was anything we didn't like, other than we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage, but the friendly young lady at the front desk carried my bag up!👍

We checked in to Harbour house (a boutique hotel). It was a beautiful, huge old house done up with beautiful wood finishings, (and a spongy wood floor) and it was so perfect! We had a little kitchen at with a fridge with freezer, and a balcony that faced the parking lot. (Which we didn't use or need). They had little partial kitchens in an open area on each floor with coffee and a fridge. We went to the main dining rooms for a free breakfast between 7:30 and 9:30am. What a beautiful set-up! We loved the spaciousness of the whole place, along with the decor and our bed was the most comfy on our trip so far. We had everything we needed in one place. Awesome location and close to downtown and the Harbor. We could walk everywhere, and parking was plentiful which was very nice.

The Harbour House was a delightful stay. Apart from a clean, comfortable room, access to shared coffee making facilities and sitting areas gave a sense of home away from home with a touch of elegance. The complimentary hot breakfast was served in a beautiful dining area by courteous, attentive staff.
