The breakfast was not that delicious but it was affordable and of a huge amount. The bed was a little bit too soft and it was hard to climb to my bed.

The staff of this hotel was so nice and friendly. The location of the hotel was so good, in downtown Calgary means that it is only 5 minutes walk away from all the other tourist attractions.

These guys really helped me out, I was able to get a room last minute, but when I needed to cancel the rest of my stay, it wasn't a problem. The staff is kind and really helpful. The hostel itself is well located, clean, and not that noisy. The WiFi is good, which makes working on your laptop not a problem.

The private room was overpriced and it was not getting cleaned as per hostel policy which is very inconvenient. The price of the private room was as high as a 3 start hotel.

The door got jammed once but luckily my roommates were inside to open it for me.

The facilities were excellent! They lend out free chargers (they just hold on to an ID for that until you return it), they provide free breakfast in the mornings, there’s a cabinet-type locker thing you can store your luggages with right in the room next to your bed (you can bring your own padlock or rent one from them with a fee), staff were friendly and there were a few rooms for lounging and getting work done! Loved that it near the Calgary tower and the bus stop too as it was perfect for my travels!

I would rate this hostel even higher but my night was not great due very noisy and disrespectul roommates in my dorm. Smashing doors in late morning and snoring which I guess I was unlucky. Otherwise nice hostel!

Great hostel to stay with friendly front desk always happy to help. Close to C Train and in nice laidback part of the city. Hostel itself seem pretty nice.

There are no plugs at each bed. You have to leave your gadgets far away for charging. Also, I think the mattresses have to be turned over from time to time. Mine was a bit uncomfortable, seems like it always stays in the same position.

There is no charger near beds which is frustrating and the bathrooms werent as good/clean as other HI hostels.

No PowerPoints on the top bunks. Only 1 Female shower had a curtain.

Well, it's downtown, so although it is a very nice location to help you move around the city, there are still lots of drug addicts near the area. I felt very safe but still it's kind of a weird view if you are not used to it.

This hostel literally made my trip! The staff is really kind, friendly and ready to help you with any needs. And although I may have gotten lucky, people in my room where awesome. Everything is very clean and works as expected.

The breakfast was very basic just consisting of toast and spreads, would have loved some variety such as fruit or cereal. The soap dispenser in the ground level male showers was blocked up and unable to dispense soap, these showers were also not clean.

Great central location with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was warm and cosy, great value for money for our 1 night stay. Provided a storage room which was useful. Also nice modern building.

I booked two nights but needed to move to another room even though there was nobody in my room. I did not understand why i needed to move. Shower room was not easy to use. There is nowhere to put my clothes. Room was noizy and not be able to sleep well which can not be expected because it's "hostel". If the price would be cheaper, going to be satisfied more.
