One point I noted is that the water didn’t run properly to the toilet flush, so we had to refill it any time when using it. For the next guests I’d considered check the units. Another point is the vents in the bathroom doesn’t work and sometimes a sewer smell come out from there.

Te location is really beautiful , not so far from city downtown and a good access to the provincial parks nearby. The staff were attentions and welcoming. The bedroom as I re as before need some updates, but was cleaned and beds are very comfy. They also left some coffee and teas to make.

Had to pay for parking evening though on booking.com it said free parking. Very understaffed. No elavator. Over priced for what you get.

They could not find my paperwork when I asked if the deposit for property was to be reversed. I am not sure of the charges. As there were additional fees. I would have liked to be reassured of the charges. Thank you

We were greeted with a smile and warm welcome by the front desk staff Charlean Domingo who was very accommodating and helpful. The general manager was also very helpful and accommodating.

No elevator! Couldn't use the pools, as I can't do that many stairs . From one floor to the next. And no ice machine on my floor.

The on site outdoor facilities are run down. The concrete pool is large and could be beautiful but needs maintenance - the paint is peeling, the concrete is deteriorating. The tennis courts are becoming overgrown with weeds.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site and the food was delicious. We enjoyed a large comfortable room for sleeping.

The indoor pool- needs updating. The drain was out ,dirty, and in need of repair. There was gum stuck to the pool deck. The windows were very dirty and you could tell this room hasn't had a deep clean nor did it have a daily thorough clean. The walls were also dirty and all the paint peeling. Really really sad cuz we love hidden valley and ther a just no reason for this. The basketball court and tennis court - BAD-the ground is torn up can't play without tripping over cracks and the lines aren't present, all faded away. So ghetto looking , really really unprofessional. The whole court needs an update, the net was a few old sorry strings just hanging from the hoop.. Looks bad and not like photos online -which I heard people talking and they were very disappointed in the falseness of the ads. I'm not one to complain - but I've been here many times and you have " let it go downhill". Why! Lobby- In need of couches and chairs in lobby to take a seat if waiting for family members to change or to check your phone , make dinner reservations etc. You could utilize that space better for sure especially for families with small kids. It's when there's a huge line, one person only at the desk and all the families left to stand with their baggage taking up the whole foyer. Akward. Room- holes in the wall! Fan didn't turn on in bathroom -making the whole room damp. Caulking is just peeling and the grout on the floor is absolutely disgusting. The countertops were not disinfected before our stay, there was hair and toilet paper bits on the sink faucet! Just really bad compared to previous years. Needs a TOTAL redo. It's time and worth the money! All of these fixes are apart of keeping a hotel so there is no reason a business shouldn't be keeping there hotel in better condition. Repairs , Paint , Cleaning protocols all need to begin asap. We really do love Hidden Valley so this is a friendly reminder to clean this place...

We love Hidden Valley every summer we return. The location is great and the amount of amenities on the property is perfect for families.

Disappointed with the spa. Tried to book two massages, the front desk did not seem to know what to do to book them. We were not told we could not get them together despite being booked at the same time with only one masseuse. Showed up at the time of appointment and was told would need to wait at least an hour, was not aware of our appointment and we would not be having them together. Small deduction from room rate was applied due to inconvenience. Staff seemed unorganized at the front desk and not sure where to find answers for questions. We felt we were being a bother by the response we got.

Location is great. The beach and water was beautiful. Waitress for our dinner was amazing.
