beds could be a little more comfortable; BBQ had a knob missing

this is the 2nd time we have been here. Loved that the pool was up and running as we spent part of our afternoon there. Love the trails through the woods. It is just a nature lovers dream to stay there.

Could be more updated. The cottage was comfortable but very gloomy. The sofa was broken and very old.

BBQ grill was disgusting, and none of the utensils were cleaned properly. They don't provide any bathing supplies, which is very inconvenient. Had to shower just with water, and I wish they had informed us to bring our own bathing supplies. Water pressure in the shower was a joke. One can't clean them selves with only so much water coming out of the shower. Water temperature was fluctuating, so It was a very frustrating experience in there.

The room wasn't bad. You get what you pay for, Quiet reasonable for its prime location. View of the falls makes your stay worthwhile. Staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed.

The fireplace wasn't working and the gas stove was tricky.

Location and beautiful falls with beach and not many people. Was perfect for much needed rest.

The pool was broke, the wifi wasn’t working, the property as full of old junk. it was dirty.

The sofa bed mattress was terrible. I slept on the floor. No wifi. I left one day earlier as needed wifi for work and they refused to refund me for that day. I believe since they assured wifi and did not deliver that I am entitled to an one day refund

I actually had to leave one day early as there was no wifi and that was absolutely needed. I called prior to going to confirm wifi and they did however it did not work. I inquired about a refund for the last day and was told no which upset me since they failed to meet what they had assured me was there.

the beds were really uncomfortable, the toilet seemed to take a long time to fill, smelled very musty when we first opened the door (we just opened windows)

Location was perfect, the room was ok, loved having a patio and bbq to use. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly loved being close enough to the falls to walk to. Would be great to have the pool opened.

We had no hot water, they must have been working on the tank but forgot to close it up and reset the breaker the stoves are very old, we couldn’t get our button to turn It off so our cabin started smelling like propane. Our pull out couch mattress was also very old u could feel the springs Deposit was $300 not the $150 that the page stated.

Would have been helpful if shampoo, soap and kleenex was available. The TV did not work, bathroom door did not shut properly. The cleanliness was average

All the stuff was very good but remind yourself this is more close to nature wilderness trip, not a 5-star hotel trip. Things are not artificially crafted, so have your gears in place to enjoy it fully.

The owners of the property were happy friendly people with low restrictions.
