The breakfast food was terrible, especially for the price we paid for the buffet. The restaraunt was not open for lunches, we sat for 15 min waiting for someone to come talk to us. There was no signage to tell people they were not open. When we asked why there was no lunch being served, the woman at the front desk said "we dont want to over work our staff." We expected our room starighted up, bed made and clean towels for the price of that room however, the was no maid service provided at all.

The room was very modern and clean The hotel was well located for the sites we wanted to see

Parking is not included which surprised me given the prices they charge.

The location is convenient and easy walking to the downtown entertainment area however. it is the last hotel on the southwest corner, making it quite a walk from there to see Quidi Vidi or Signal Hill which are two must see attractions. The water view is pretty much of the containers being loaded onto ships, so I'm not sure it's worth the extra money. They have a restaurant on site which is convenient if you just want to stay in and chill for a night, but there is a large gap of time between breakfast and dinner when it's closed. Pool seemed decent but we did not use it. The hotel is fairly new and the beds were quite comfortable.

Very loud noisy air conditioners. All of them we had four rooms. Our air conditioner wasn’t working kept turning on the heat we had to go down he was super nice but nobody was masked coming to our room.

Rooms could use a deep clean. Nightstand between beds only. Need one on each end. Lighting dim

Price reasonable. Staff friendly but not outstanding. Kids loved the pool.

there’s always something was missing. our room wasn’t clean and found out that we have to request. and self coffee machine was in a room but either cups are missing or coffee capsules are shot. we decided to have a breakfast and it wasn’t worth it for $20 (hot meal buffet) and staff (there’s 3 staff was at the bar) never cleaned our dishes while we were having breakfast and it was quiet.

Trying to get the air condititoning to work , no instructions to be found. The door to the bathroom kept closing and it was ridiculously hot in room, called front desk and 30 mins or so ,someone come to adjust it and said would take an hour to work....?!? It was 38 degrees outside and the air con was not on when we arrived

I didn't like the bathroom faucet...every time we washed there will be a puddle on the floor. Another thing we didn't like was that the guy at the front desk didn't know how to answer any of our questions ...that was a little strange.

The rooms are very nice and big and I liked that there is no carpet.

The front desk attendant was a wee bit abrupt and cranky but to be fair with the water being out, I am sure she was handling a lot of concerns.

We didn’t do the breakfast, but like the location. The view was nice from the harbour side room we had.

The location was adjacent to the waterfront and we walked back and forth a few times.

Location is great - just a few blocks from George street and Water street. Parking has charging for two electric vehicles (big plus!). Rooms don’t have carpet so very nice and clean. Very comfortable beds.

Small room, had a very noisy air-con. Tiny bathroom with a odd layout.

Looks like a fairly new hotel in a convenient location. The on-site restaurant had delicious food.

proximity to down town and highway. very accommodating to allow us to leave our luggage early so we could go explore.
