The mattresses and pillows need to be replaced they are not very comfortable at all.

The property is in the perfect location if you want to shop. It is very close to restaurants as well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we asked for a room close to elevators as we were travelling with a senior.

We are used to complimentary breakfast, its sucks the hotel doesn't offer that nor was there room service. We also felt our floor/room was haunted.. kinda cool but not if you're wanting to sleep through the night. Thought for sure little kids were playing knicky nine doors, pretty sure it was ghost children.

Good location, staff were very friendly, rooms are decent size and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Last time it didn't work, this time it was incredible!!

Slightly under staff. Surly because of covid. Had an issue with the bathtub, frightened me and couldn't get a hold of front desk but maintenance did solve the problems.

The location is excellent for getting around the city. Great amenities and the breakfast was delicious. The room is very spacious. The view is busy but beautiful. Short trip up the highway to the new Vaughan hospital.

The room I had was noisy, was on top floor and felt like the heating/cooling unit was right overhead and was loud found it hard to sleep.

The fact that I couldn't even have a cup of coffee or a decent shower. At 3am the man on the front desk could have at least made me a coffee, I did pay for this service.

Nothing except the state of the room being clean, no working facilities for coffee and due to jet lag and not being able to sleep when I went to front desk at 3am to say I just wanted a coffee was told to wait until 5.30am or until housekeeping arrived at 8am. The wake up call I barely heard as I had finally fallen asleep as it was so low and only rang a couple of times. The shower barely worked. Never again. I did complain when I checked out to be told the maintenance wasn't being kept up as the hotel had been sold.

There was a little issue with the billing. When I spoke to the first attendant, she told me that the hotel did not charge a deposit and to call the booking company. I called the booking company and they said it was in fact the hotel. When I called back, I spoke with Daniel. He said he would call the booking company to find out what was going on and would call me back as I had to submit my expense report. He didn't return my call but the charge was noted on the bill.

Restaurant was fantastic, the food choices were great. I had two meals at the restaurant during my stay there, both meals were with chicken. I also had the French onion soup which was also very good.

No water slide, hot was closed at first, bathroom tiny, breakfast was expensive, no garden area, older than we thought. Hotel was over priced for what you get.

We were sad the slide in the poor area wasn’t available… wish we had known that upon booking. Also my youngest ended up with a couple bed bug bites from our stay.
