Not a lot I didn't like with the exception of the faucet in the bathroom going into a square sink it was a long neck and the water kind of went everywhere ,but that's minor. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was exceptional. It was really comfortable and the room service was fast and the food very good.

No menus for room service in room, order through TV until midnight, but option was shut off an hour early, so couldn't order food and got in late from flying. Also when walked in room no light switches in main area to turn on, so fumbled about in the dark trying to find a light...had to turn on each lamp in the dark to find my way around, because there is only a wall light switch at entry that doesn't light the rest of the room. Also I originally booked a two bedroom and was given a one bed room, but I think I still paid the same amount. Bummer!

I tried to relax in the sauna but there were guests screaming and yelling at eachother so it made it hard to relax. The toilet in my room was a little off kilter, but otherwise seemed fine. I wish there had been a robe and slippers in the room so I didn't have to walk to the pool in my sneakers.

I arrived at 11am, and while the check in time is 3pm, I was lucky enough to have my room already ready. The fitness center was amazing, and the pool was wonderful. The food I had at the bar was great, and the staff were friendly. My room was very clean, and larger than I expected. The shower pressure was also really nice.

The kitchen fridge was tiny and did not have a freezer. The bathroom was clean but still looked dirty. We stayed in the North tower and the noise from the highway was quite loud through the windows. I feel the stay was on the expensive side for what it was. Wifi connectivity was inconsistent and although there was onsite parking, you could not leave without fear of losing your spot and not having one when you return.

We went for a dance competition which was in the conference centre so it was nice to stay all in once place. The room was spacious for a hotel room. The cleaning staff were exceptionally nice and the front counter staff were as well.

Very close to the airport, it has a shuttle that runs frequently both to and from it. We used it to get to the city from the airport because everything is connected by buses and trains. The hotel is 6 minutes away from a Tim Hortons. The hotel is pet friendly. The pool was a delightful surprise for us; my son particularly enjoyed it.

The only thing I would have loved is a hot tub (sometimes saunas don't cut it) and larger bath towels in the room. Luckily I grabbed an extra larger one when I was down at the pool.

The staff were superb, the room was nice and clean, the room service food was delicious.

Big quiet room, comfy beds, clean. Only had one night arriving late pm. Quick check in. Delicious breakfast, very friendly staff and shuttle to and from airport was good

In the morning the people lined up for the shuttle was more than it could hold. Some had to wait for the next shuttle. Hilton used to book times for shuttle so there was no overcrowding. Perhaps they should return to this system
