It was really expensive, didn’t even exclude breakfast, parking was extra. They took an opened but unfinished bottle of water without replacing it.

A crazy parking system where you have to check in before parking ? We didn’t but arrived at the car park to hotel door to find we couldn’t get in. Thankfully another resident came out of the door

The room lacked any atmosphere. It was aesthetically cold and bland. We like to relax with a tea/coffee when travelling. Fresh milk plus a biscuit or two would have been welcome. Having a kettle to boil water rather than heat with the coffee appliance would have helped.

Older plumbing installations = Toilets blocking (second time staying there and it’s always the case) + breakfast is just too expensive. Pool is actually outdoor pool. Parking is expensive too.

Location is easy to find and close to everything we needed (tournament). Staff is very helpful.

No Airport shuttle due to the labor dispute. We stayed in a Junior suite. While the beds were comfortable, the sofa bed was not. This room was tired looking and due for an update. Price of the room was crazy expensive (more than $700 CAD) for 3-star hotel.

Check in and out was efficient. They held the room for us as our flight arrived late at night. Comfortable beds and clean. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated.

No airport shuttle due to the labor dispute, which was the main reason for booking this hotel. I realize that it is peak season and will always have guests because of proximity to the airport, but with no extra little amenities in the room that are appreciated or complimentary breakfast, the price is obscene for a 3-star hotel. (More than $630CAD/night). Don’t pay for the breakfast if you do not get it complimentary! Walk to the White Spot or Starbucks which are a few blocks away.

Our room was a double Queen room. Beds were extremely comfortable and grateful for the extra pillow that was not a down pillow. Room was clean and a decent size. Check in and out was efficient. Sky train and a White Spot restaurant for breakfast was not too far and a walkable few blocks away.

The hotel didn’t feel in a nice area of Vancouver so didn’t venture out.

It ticked the box for what we needed. The staff were friendly and engaging. We had an early morning flight so was perfect for the stay been close to the airport. Parking is extra. When we booked this hotel we thought we’d drop the hire car off the evening before and use the hotel shuttle bus to the airport the next day, when we checked in I discovered that the shuttle bus staff were striking so no transport available other than booking a taxi. The hotel were very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault, we kept our hire car and they gave us free parking for the inconvenience.

THe hotel is ondergoing renovations in the main areas, with the rooms already done. However the rooms/hallways still look dated. A renovation is more than moving in new furniture.

I had to change rooms as my initial room hadn't been cleaned properly. The bed was covered in someone else's hair and the floor still had remnants of food from the previous guest on it (bits of chewed up cookie and sweets).

Staff were outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was also really tasty. The shuttle bus to the airport also worked seamlessly but it does only go twice an hour.

couldn’t get a coffee or a bakery nearby as breakfast at hotels is usually not my preference. housekeeping didn’t check the state of the kettle I asked for before delivery. it was moldy and burnt particles inside the kettle. it was disgusting.

it was convenient as it was close to my relatives and friends. plus parking on premises. I like the bathroom with new shower cabinet and it was clean. no mildew.

Breakfast would have been good especally after paying AUD$750.00 per night. It ws the most expensive hotel we have ever stayed with no room service. The essentials was not topped up daily unless you asked for it. There was no microwave, toaster etc in the room. The room was small and the bed very uncomfortable, we asked for king bed and got 2 queen size beds which took up the space in the room.
