Maybe the parking is a bit tight (very narrow) for a truck but that’s about it.

Always quick check in with friendly staff and it’s in the perfect location.

No greetings from staff while check- in and no explanation was given that why they need my credit card. But it was given when asked. Bed was bent on 1 side probably broken spring box.

Bathroom was outdated and fan was extremely loud. No option to turn fan off. When room is booked for 4 people, 4 chairs should be provided on balcony. Called for towels several times and then had to go down to get ourselves. Insuffiecent parking as it shared with Denny's

The bald customer service man who works at night is little rude which I didn't like.

Room was clean. Not a fancy room but clean enough. Location of this hotel is great. 15 minutes walk to Niagara Falls. Safe to walk even on late night. All activities are nearby and surrounded by restaurants.

the parking lot, which was right outside our 1st floor window, was a little scary at nights. also fire alarm went off at nighttime and we (everyone at hotel) had to go outside. After going back in, other hotel stayers were loud right outside our window until late at night. Pricing was a bit high for the amenities provided, but given the location it was somewhat understandable

it was so close to many fun attractions and the falls themselves. staff was friendly and bedroom was big and comfortable.

Great location, near to all attractions and restaurants. Bus stop right outside. Good size rooms and comfy beds. Fridge and microwave in room which is helpful. Great shower. I'd definitely stay again.

The bathroom was a bit tight. The fixtures were rusted here and there. The tub was fine but that little metal attachment that turned out to be a laundry line was absolutely gross. It had so much build up! I wish they had steamed or deodorized the rugs because our room smelled of smoke and felt… damp. I came down to the receptionist area and they said it was because the air was on low and it needed to be rises to be cooler.

No hot water to take a shower no screened door on the balcony would have been nice to have the door open and enjoy the fresh air.

They didn't offer breakfast and check out time should be a little later but you shouldn't have to pay extra to check in early if you have small kids.

It was nice. Room and bathroom were clean. Pool was a lot of fun.
