Room being located directly above the wedding on Saturday night. Highly impacted the enjoyment of our stay. Pay too much money for interrupted sleep that could have been avoided!

Poll needs good scrub and the upscale restaurant excellent choice of wine but food not so upscale. Beetroot salad the amount and presentation needs to go ASAP . That was not up the standard.

3rd floor hallway had some eye sores on the ceiling, furniture in my room had a lot of wear. Coffee maker was pretty gross.

I had requested flute glasses to be in the room on arrival, birthday celebration and they were not there!!!! No complains the bartender was more then accomodating!

Due to lack of snow resulting in what seemed to be low occupancy the resort seemed to be on a skeleton staff so it was difficult to get service. Staff were either unavailable or seemed rushed.

Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had a great assortment and quality of food was good. We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was from 7am to 11am for those of us who like to sleep in, especially around the holidays. The New Year's eve dinner also didn't disappoint in terms of the food but was surprised that no minimum drinks were included for the price. Even sparkling water cost extra.

The heater in the room was quite loud. It was difficult to get into and out of the tub, it was too high for those of us with knee issues / arthritis. The breakfast buffet is decent, but the hot food was a bit cold.

Both of the queen size mattresses in our room were very soft. The faucet in the bathroom sink and tub faucet were very worn and stained. I haven’t had an inadequate shower head like that since the 1960’s. Hard to describe but I can say that it is outdated. However the room was clean and the bedsheets were soft.

The breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit and frittata with ricotta cheese were delicious. My coffee cup had greasy fingerprints on it, otherwise all was good.

Love the room. Heating unit is a challenge. Cold or hot. There was not a choice. Maybe could be updated. Otherwise such an amazing experience. Hockley is my choice 2-4 times per year.

The winery unfortunately there were some rude employees considering it was my bachelorette some of my guests felt discriminated against by their treatment especially since we were the only group of an ethnic background.

Breakfast was amazing, room was beautiful. Heated toilet seats are the best invention ever!

Facilities are very run down, AC in room was falling off the wall, the fridge was filthy, room could have used a deep clean. Deck on outdoor breakfast patio was broken and a huge tripping hazard. Lots of upkeep required.

Breakfast was amazing, staff were very friendly. Outside pool facilities looked great - didn’t use them but admired them. Front of hotel looks absolutely gorgeous with all of the gardens and greenery.

The resort is run down. The outlets in our room were loose and looked burnt. The door on our balcony had to be forced open.there was holes in the screen and a hole in the wall made by the door handle from previous visitors. It looks like the passion for the resort was put into the lobby but not the rooms. Was looking forward to my stay at this resort. But was unfortunately disappointed.

Service wasn’t great at the patio and bar. Took 10 minutes just to order a drink. Cocktails overpriced. And my beer was flat.
