Noisy kids. Front desk spoke with them, no change. Or the hotel fault. Breakfast was cold and dry. No mirror with plug in close enough to use to do my hair. Seems minor, but it was seriously inconvenient.

Convenient, very clean, comfortable beds, staff is excellent, coffee is hot, fridge in room, lots of pillows, plenty of parking, air con is a bonus, rooms are a nice size.

The only recommendation I have is change up the food.At a hotel you accommodate diversity.The food did not.

The fact that they don't have a dedicated shuttle from airport is something they could change. They have you take a taxi and they give a voucher to the taxi for payment which caused us to have a horrible experience with the driver. Not the hotels fault.

This will be my go to hotel for travel in and out of YYC Airport. Very clean throughout and very courteous staff. Also the location to the airport was good.

Terrible breakfast. They served green bananas. Paper plates and plastic knives and forks. For two nights there where families - both children and parents playing in the hallway and banging can be heard on the hallway and doors which disrupted our sleep. The front desk was notified but claims that they didn't see anyone.

A taxi was provided by the hotel when the Airport shuttle was not running, I just called the hotel as soon as I arrived.

No attached restaurant, therefore no room service. Really missed this, as I had the misfortune of falling ill during my stay, so couldn’t order up meals, etc. Also, no shopping nearby, so difficult to get to a pharmacy for medications, etc.

Very comfortable room & bed. Location was convenient to my purpose for being there.

Room itself couldn't get T.V so couldn't sleep and had to watch my tiny phone. Finishing through out were not worth $200 a night, very dated

I don’t like shower curtains. They often smell of mildew as was the case with this stay.

The staff was friendly. The pool was nice and big. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast is a bonus but I have asked many times at these particular hotels to please offer non dairy alternative (not coffee mate) for coffee and tea drinkers who prefer a soy or but milk alternative (even if we have to purchase the small singular tetra packs!)

Location was exactly what we needed to for this trip! Close to the airport and close to the outskirts of the city as we had a funeral in a smaller municipality an hour away from Calgary!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good size room with comfy bed. Really close the airport with free shuttle bus (if this isn’t available, they will book and pay a taxi for you).

We enjoyed our stay. only sofa bed in family suits could be improved. Also washroom supplies are limited for a family suit. rest was excellent. Especially staff was nice and friendly.

staff was friendly and professional. hotel room was comfortable and breakfast was good. My kids were happy and enjoyed the stay. we are regular customer of Holiday inn and would prefer to stay at holiday in in future too.

The breakfast disappointed me. I would of liked there to be bacon. The hash browns weren’t cooked long enough and one morning they had turkey sausage and beans, however I really enjoyed the cinnamon buns!

The room was very spacious and I loved the jacuzzi tub in my suit!

We needed more towels in our room when we checked in and we had to go and get them. They didn’t deliver them. Front desk staff weren’t super friendly. Our bathroom floor was dirty.

The water slide with the pool and the breakfast was very comprehensive
