The breakfast size is good, Variety could be better. I booked my recent 5 day stay and during this time the pancake maker machine worked for only 1 morning. Downer. The gentleman that was double shifting between the Front Desk and Locking himself behind a room in the kitchen for periods of time as people that want to check out at the front desk were left waiting for sevice. Nobody at the front desk.

There was not water when we checked in due to maintenance and the hot tub was not functioning which is the only reason we booked that hotel over a thousand other options. There’s was construction going on the entire time that we could hear and see. Finally we asked for a late check out due to all the frustration and they kindly gave us that. We would have booked elsewhere if we knew all the issues at the time we only came to Calgary for one night away so it was upsetting.

The breakfast was a disaster. I wouldn’t have said that to my worst enemy it was terrible. The orange juice ran out, so it was the dregs of the bottom of the juice container mixed with water. There was no orange juice in it however it still dispensed a cup full of liquid that was orange-ish The way they called turkey sausage tasted like a big fat wiener. It did not taste like breakfast sausage at all that should never be served as a breakfast food. The “” omelet that was cheese” was greasy and just semi cooked. it was not good. I’m not fussy, but these were really bad foods. I had to go pay for food elsewhere because that was really not good. The coffee Was OK until I got to the bottom and found out there was grounds in it, so I was not impressed Also, the hot tub was not working and I would’ve loved to been sitting in the hot tub in the evening because I was there for tonight so I could’ve but it wasn’t functional and the pool is full of screaming kids so that doesn’t suit me!

The breakfast was a disaster and I commented below. The hotel was not difficult to get to and it was located near a strip mall and Ulmer shopping mall so that was a bonus.

Have stayed here before. And this time the room was stinky like old smoke. Huge spider web above the bed. Hot tub was out of Order and they did not I for guests when booking. And over all. The hotel room was need some tlc. Baseboard etc we’re all cracked apart and dirty.

Complimentary breakfast. As a plant based family looking for healthy food options, the green bananas and coffee where the only non-ultra-processed options. Please consider whole grain, fresh fruit and vegetable options for health conscious travellers. Breakfast smoothies, fresh (ripe) fruit, nuts & seeds, dried fruits (dried cranberries were nice), granola, sweet potatoes, whole grain tortilla wraps for with filling to build as you like.

Quiet room, comfortable bathtub, easy access to our vehicle from the room.

At first when checking in at 11:30 on June 29th 2023 i was surprised that they changed my room from 2 large beds to 1 large bed , the staff member at front desk was so rude to me , we just have arrived from a long road trip from bc and we were tired . His excuse to change rooms was that room description was for 2 adults so they changed it to one bed without telling me!! Well , if room description says 2 large beds why changing it to one , nevertheless of number of people coming , you should keep my booking. Other staff ladies were so nice . Also didn't like that pool water is not changed daily. Didn't like that pancakes machine stopped working for 2 of the 5 days we stayed in and it was simple thing to do . The other lady did one thing and it worked right away. Also hot food was not avalible. Electricity plug in were not all working in room.

I liked the room , clean hotel , there is laundry service for long stays but you need 12$ for each load (expensive 3 for washer , 3 for pod, double 3 for dryer as clothes will keep wet if you do it one time 24 min it should be 45min at least )

Very basic breakfast, did not have fruit. Some of the electric outlets were loose, room was quite worn and tired. To be fair, they are renovating so hoping these things will be fixed and improved.

There was construction going on & I asked if this would be all weekend. I was told no, well Sat & Sun a.m. there were contractors there at 7:30 a.m…. banging outside my window… Then my car was hit in the parking lot & the front desk said there were no cameras…. I won’t go back until the construction is done….

No towels in the pool, so we used our room ones. Then there were no more for the room? For $200 I'd like a towel. No sanitizer in dispensers. Broken ice machine. Patched bathroom ceilings. There was never anyone at the front desk. Waited more than 5 min for someone every time. Continual alarm going in the lobby for the 3 days we were there.

Beds were comfortable. Location convenient. Good breakfast.
