You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaNoise level, the walls are thin and even people walking by your door sound like they are right next to you. We had a group in a few rooms staying near our room and you could hear them very loudly in their room which was 2 or 3 fine from us. Ok at 10-10:30 but by 11:30 it was getting annoying. Not hotels fault just inconsiderate guests.
Location was great, casino and restaurant within a few steps. Hit breakfast was very good, staff was friendly.

CanadaI forgot my phone charger and they were unable to locate it. That's unfortunate as it will cost me $ 30 to replace it.
Great location. T.V was easy to navigate. The room was clean. Very good breakfast buffet. Lots of parking out back with rear entrance. Wonderful restaurant right next door at the casino.
