We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaNot worth the price. Paying $200+ for insomnia because the air conditioner made loud noise the whole time, if you turn I’d off, you will sweat. Loud noice in the morning too like door hitting the wall frequently, might be wind, not the guests.

The air conditioner is extremly noisy waking us up in the middle of the night. The beds are plushy firmness and heart my back. The water smells extra chlorine.

The location is convenient, close to main roads and amenities. There was ample parking on the premises. The breakfast was included which was a big bonus and the breakfast area was very well organized and clean. The breakfast staff were very nice and kept the food well stocked.
