It's was Very Difficult to find the Lobby Entrance!!!!! It was Extremely close to a bunch of Homeless Drug Addicts. We could clearly see them Using the Drugs, just a few yards from the hotel. I was with my 8 and 12 year old Granddaughters. 😔 😟 🙁

The house keeping keeps knocking from 9.25am, one time to do the service and another one knocking whether I need the service. It's so early to wake someone up and when they are done, the garbage bin left as is. As for the breakfast, though the staff are trying to cover but most time many items are out

Room had little bugs coming out of the grout by the wall of the bathroom.

Parking payment, breakfast.

Breakfast was not good enough. I expected more variety. Parking I suppose was include , but it was not I paid extra $20 for just one day. I am not happy .

Location is just across a gathering spot of a lot of homeless people, unfortunately. I would hope that there’s a master switch of all the light switches in the room. When I feel like sleeping, I had to get out of the bed and turn off each of them one by one, unless there’s one that I didn’t notice.

Very modern and one of the newest hotel in downtown Ottawa as the hotel advertised. Room spacious and very very clean. Spotless and big bathroom. Not a lot of choices for breakfast options but decent. I didn’t get here on vehicle so no comments for parking. Gym appeared to be 24h and there’s also an indoor pool, I didn’t get a chance to try due to my tight schedule.

The location was a bit unwieldy to get to. With the one-way streets and dual turning lanes, we ended up on the opposite side of the river! Perhaps specific directions could be provided.

Breakfast was a real bonus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean building and rooms. Nice touches, like auto night light in bathroom.

The location intimidated us a little bit, as we expected to be able to go for a walk with our little one, but with the numerous homeless people around (there's a charity comunity around, I guess), we couldn´t do what as we planned. Though the great majority of them seem to be peaceful, unfortunatelly we thought it wasn't worth the risk to walk by them. We drove around the town, so I guess that was the solution we found.

The hotel generally speaking was great. Our room was really clean, we had a great view, had a good night of rest, woke up to a nice breakfast, found a good spot in the parking lot (thought the way throught and out of it are a little too much narrow), the staff was very helpful.

Breakfast good but nothing special. Better than the corresponding hotels in the USA. but far inferior even to inferior hotels in Europe. The location, as I said above, was convenient but close to a drug addiction center, so the evening was a bit disappointing. They don't mind you though.

Decent hotel and convenient in terms of location. You can explore the city center on foot. Very close to the historic center and restaurants and bars. The rooms are brand new and clean. The service is prompt and friendly.
