Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaKnowing how many guests will stay in a room, each guest should have their own bath towel and not have to share. Also, the towels could be fresher. The room we stayed (Room #103) was a little bit cramped (small) for 4 people.
Shuttle service is very good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great!

Breakfast is excellent with lots of choices and staff is very friendly. Lots of sitting space in restaurant and available for your takeouts anytime. Coffee and tea is available through out the day.

To book the shuttle from the airport, you can message the property on booking. You'll either have to call the number they give you, or if you can't make calls, they will book it for you. Pick up from T1 is on ground floor, S5. The bed was very comfortable, and so were the pillows. Everything else was average. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30. You can book a shuttle to the airport in the morning at the desk.

CanadaToo far from what we needed. Medical appointment at Toronto Western. I didn’t pay attention to distance when I booked so my fault. Fire alarm scare and staff didn’t announce what happened but did tell me when asked. Seemed a bit chaotic. No one knew if we should go outside or what we should do since staff just kept checking people in it looked like despite the alarms. Many used elevators (guests) which didn’t seem smart since if it was fire could’ve been trapped etc
It was clean, would’ve swam if realized it had a pool. Close to restaurants.
