The air conditioning was difficult to operate. There was no restaurant for an evening meal as many other HIE hotels have and as there is nothing in the vicinity except 2 Chinese restaurants and a Costco it was difficult to get something to eat as we had come off a long flight.

The property is handy to the airport and the shuttle was much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. It was good to be able to get ice.

There was not anything we did not like!

It had free airport transportation and was handy fir our next day’s activities. The check-in was quick & efficient. The room was immaculate & comfortable. The breakfast buffet had everything one would want including some freshly made cinnamon buns!

Dont want to over-rate it. only spent one night after arriving from airport. Location was fine, safe. Walkable to some restaurants and markets. Met our needs and very comfortable.

I did appreciate staff putting me in a corner room for noise (fewer neighbors) but it had an ice machine right outside the door and was facing a busy road. I did appreciate the white noise machine as that helped drown out some of the road noise.

Location was pretty central but rather loud being near highway and busy roads. Breakfast was decent - would have liked healthier options (most items tended to be very sweet or artery clogging) but did appreciate the bananas, oatmeal, and yogurt. Plain yogurt would be a great option to add. I appreciated the free parking for IHG members.

When I entered room 318, there was an ice machine on the right side of the door. It was making noise all night long. I hope it can be moved to the safety ladder in front.

The safe in our room was not working, but this was only a minor problem to be honest!

Modern comfortable rooms with great features such as plenty of ports for charging electrical items, a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. Also provided a great free breakfast, and free coffee and cookies in the reception area! Also really loved the Dove products provided in the bathroom. Great value for money and I would stay again!

As tea drinkers we would have liked to be able to buy one of the small milk cartons from the machine.
