Swimming pool noise can carry into the restaurant depending on how boisterous the swimmers are.

Other than the fact that they don't provide breakfast.....nothing really.

Breakfast was in a bag. I don't get it as all the outside restaurants are open so what's the problem with hotels serving breakfast? Not many people took up the bag alternative as they were piled high next to the front desk, so I guess they all went out for breakfast.

The fan in the room that controls the heat and air sounded like it was going to explode at 2:30 am. It woke us up so we turned it off. The room also seemed outdated.

The proximity to my family was the reason we chose this hotel.

Would have preferred a room with a window that could open a little for fresh air but not always available in all hotels. Otherwise the interior room overlooking the lobby was fine.

The front desk staff was friendly, hospitable and helpful. Very nice that they always made an effort to greet the guests. The room size, beds cleanliness were satisfactory. The interior rooms overlooking the lobby extended the space a bit with a patio door walkout.

Bed was very comfortable.Also, I reserved 2 rooms for 4 nights and due to personal emergency we had to return home one day prior the initial schedule. The front desk staff was really comprehensive and despite I was late to cancel my last night, she managed to help me with Booking.com representative and I was not charged for the last night. I will definitely go back and recommend this Holiday Inn.

It was a good price, for a good location, it has many stores really close to the hotel, that helps when you bring kids, we always need to get something else.

The hotel did have any difficulty to arrange our needs, they were always willing to help us and make our staying better.

For the breakfast I didn’t get to see an a la cart menu and disappointed it wasn’t included in the stay like other Holiday Inns. Found a few hairs in the shower.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had great selection. It was quiet and perfectly located. Staff was wonderfully friendly. The supper menu was pretty good and food tasted pretty good.

But the Clean lady ALWAYS try to come in and clean without we check out first. We book this hotel quite often, everything else is great but every morning around 10, the clean lady start to knock the door to come in ( sometime with out knocking, just try to use their key to open the door) but we normally check out around 11-12. Is kind of uncomfortable that we have to be careful about someone maybe gonna run in to the room without noticing. Sometimes we went out for breakfast and come back saw the clean lady is cleaning the room ( we still need little bit time to eat and shower) that’s something we hope we will no longer bump to.

The location was great. When we arrived, we loved the hotel. That was until we went inside. The staff was not the best. Very rude and nonchalant. It just didn't feel very welcoming. The inside of the hotel is beautiful though. We booked a king room that had its own indoor balcony. It said on the website the balcony was private however, when we arrived we happened to notice it was shared with the room next to us. Also, when we wanted to step outside of our room to the balcony in the morning when we were having coffee, we learned that the door that led to our balcony was broken, so we didn't even end up being able to go on it in the first place. Not the biggest deal in the world, but definitely annoying when you're paying extra for it and it's not even useable. The hotel also features a small, indoor pool. My fiance and I went to the pool and it was okay. A bit cold, but not too bad. It was frustrating though because you have to book a time slot to go to the pool because of covid. We also went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast which was included in the price of the room, it was pretty nice. The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. We got to go to a booth and sit down and eat. With covid, we normally were picking up breakfast in the morning and having to bring it back to our rooms so it was very nice to sit inside of a restaurant like normal times. The food, however, was as you'd expect for a hotel breakfast, not that great. Rubbery, soggy-ish, but it was all still very edible. I wish the portions were a bit bigger though, as you'll probably find yourself pretty hungry after you finish up.

Common areas could of used a good vacume. Made a poor first impression to get off the elevator and see dirty carpet. Hallways and rooms felt dated and old.
