Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomVery noisy aircon. Hotel in general and room good but in need of an update/refresh. Bartender got a bit unnecessarily bullish when it came to "tip time".
Location, close to GO station, local bus links etc. Comfort of the bed was great, fabulous pillows. Nice big bathroom with a good layout, walk in shower etc and non slip mat provided when told there wasn't one.

The front desk manager was amazing! The hotel was filled with sports teams and she called guests in the morning BEFORE arrival that she thought were not affiliated with the teams and moved them all to the top floor. Great service!

United StatesWhose terrible ideas was it to put a swimming pool open in the lobby?? No privacy. The reason I booked the hotel was because of the hotel, but not to be in a fishbowl! I could not enjoy the pool. Also, while eating your breakfast you hear all the splashing and noise from the pool. Horrible!

TurkeyExpected to have a better breakfast and more working elevators (only one of them was open for customers, thats why we waited a lot to use the other elevator). Also receiving a better response to our pre booking message instead of an out of office one would be better. Last but not the least one, the first day we got in to our room, there was a significant hummidity smell. Btw, the windows are not openning. The only support that the reception gave was to tell us to open the A/C.
Location of the hotel was good. Some of the stuff was really positive and helpful.

The hotel’s close proximity to the GO station was the reason for choosing. Compatible rates with nearby hotels. Easy check in and out, although I would have appreciated an invoice. The room wa spacious and clean.

Canadavalue for money just wasn't there for me, for the price they are setting they should include breakfast instead of trying to charge $20 extra for it.
Great location only 5 min walk from the Oakville Go Station. There's a McDonalds and Tim Hortons nearby so you aren't stuck to overpay for the hotel's breakfast.
