I really like that it came with a pool, hot tub, and water slide but with everyone in there at once it certainly felt a bit crowded.

I liked that for 3 adults and 3 kids the rooms were very spacious and came with 2 tvs! At night we were able to put the same movie on for everyone! Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The agent checking me in over charged me and didn't care what my reservation stated.

Breakfast was great. When i booked it said breakfast was included and when i checked in they charged me for my extra guests and even over charged me. When i talked to the desk agent the next day she refunded me as my reservation was for 6 and said included and not that it was only for 2.

There were few things missing from the room, no bedcover ( maybe due to Covid), no pen or any information about Calgary or Alberta. Also our fridge was not cleaned from the previous guests, but the front desk acted super fast, house keeping did come in to clean it out. We have also received small gift and letter of apology. It was all handled very professional!

Nice new hotel, friendly staff and comfortable room with a shower in the bathroom instead of bathtub. Good restaurant included in the building, that was also very handy. Good matrass to sleep on!

No shallow area in the pool.

We are a family of 5 with toddlers, our room was very comfy with a sofa and 2 queen beds. They provided bed sheets and pillows for the sofa. The bathroom is very stylish, I was happy that the shower was easy to manage. Sometimes there's a problem in hotels, the water flows either hot or cold, but this hotel had no problem with it. We were very messy with kids but stuff cleaned everything perfectly. The only thing that disappointed us was the pool. It was cold and it has no shallow area for little children, also there weren't life jackets. Otherwise we were happy with the place, very beautiful view from the window.

The front desk lady & pool running out of towels, when there was so many people enjoying the pool.

Room was excellent & it was able to accommodate all 6 of us. The hotel also offers great amenities the man at the front desk offers excellent service as for the lady at the front desk sorry cant be said the same for her service. There was really no issues besides the pool running out of towels but other than that great hotel definitely stay again & recommend to my friends & family

room not set for enough people, pull out bed did not even have sheet on it. not enough towels or cups. ac unit took till our second night of running full time to cool the room, very loud ax unit. no Netflix channel, terrible cable.

Would have liked to have even a simple continental breakfast ( even offering toast and jam and a fruit or yogurt and a beverage would be great). Needs a no slip tub mat for when you are showering or bathing young kids.

It was a great room for the price. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The staff were really friendly. Check in and out process was really easy.There was a lot of parking which was nice and the underground parking was great.

The Pacini Restaurant is excellent for both breakfast and diner.. The all you can eat bread bar is a great feature! We invited friends to join us for dinner and they also enjoyed their meals

Loved the restaurant it was absolutely delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. Very close to our work location. Rooms were a very generous size and well updated.
