The property was good. The luggage carts were quite old and need replacing.

The pool area was disgustingly dirty! The hot tub had a black ring around the inside and at the top of the water slide there was a pair of women’s underwear. The pool attendant sat outside smoking. We had to ask for the water slide to be turned on. Also the hallways onmain floor had a nauseating smell of must/mold, so much so we had to cover our faces when walking to the restaurant thru the building.

The restaurant on site was convenient for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the room was large.

The toilet paper is one ply and uncomfortable. The room had only three Keurig pouches and we needed four. The plug in (USB) plug ins did not work on the lamp by the bed. That was hugely annoying because I did not bring an adapter to plug my phone in, I guess that was my fault. I expected there to be working USBs though as most hotels have this.

There was a pretty decent selection for breakfast so that was quite good. The room was clean and having my bed made each day was wonderful. Staff were always smiling when they greeted you in hallways or at the front desk. The room was quiet and we were provided extra pillows and blankets upon request.

Hotel was overbooked.. when we arrived they had no rooms available even though they confirmed I had a reservation. They basically said we're having computer issues and tough luck. You'll have to find another hotel.

The room wasn’t exactly clean to begin with. We stayed 2 nights the ‘clean’ between the 2 nights involved them taking the garbage and taking the towels. Didn’t replace towels didn’t restock anything at all. Plus the front desk staff allowed someone to charge stuff to our room that was not staying in our room.

The receptionist was just a gem. I rented room 203 with jacuzzi and was somewhat disappointed because most of the jets were plugged up. I was looking so forward to it...maybe next time. I would suggest you have them clean.

Upon checking in (3:30pm- check in was 3 pm) we were told that our room was just being checked and we would have to wait a few min. After waiting for 20 min we had to stand in a long line of people checking in to ask if our room was ready. The front desk lady apologized and gave us our keys. Our room was in the main floor (103- a jacuzzi room) the door was wide open with 2 very strong smelling (body odour) men in the bathroom. We asked if we should come back and they said come in. Ther were there for about 5 min and left. The room smelled so bad of BO. We went for dinner and then we came back to use the washroom and find out that the toilet did not flush. we called the front desk and they asked if they could send the maintenance man right away and we said yes, There was a knock on the door and the same said smelly man was back to fix the toilet. He was in there for about five minutes and then came out and said he had to go get some more parts and then he would right back. upon arrival he brought in large pieces of pipe and was that in the bathroom for another 20 minutes when he came out and he said it was fixed. he left, and we use the washroom only to find out that the toilet actually was not fixed. We call the front desk at this point asked if we could just cancel our room and get our money refunded as this was not to stay we were expecting. They did say they would refund us, However, the charge is still pending on the credit card, so we will see if we actually do get the refund. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked a two queen bed suite with a sofa bed and they changed my room and didn’t inform me, I found out myself when I got to the room. one of my family members had to sleep on the floor! when I called front desk she didn’t offer anything to solve the problem and the whole main floor smelled funky

This time they tried putting me on the second floor right next to the elevator and tried to refuse giving me another room when I complained. They said it was because I booked through booking.com. So apparently they reserve the worst rooms for those booking through booking
