The beds were terrible. Small, uncomfortable and they even used a mattress cover as the comforter... Also be sure to be at breakfast on time, the staff turn out the lights and put stuff away 5 mins before closing time.

Very nice clean facilities. Large rooms, lots of space, great two room suites. Pool was warm.

The only things I would improve are: 1) add a disposable shower cap in rooms, and 2) add more fresh fruit in breakfast buffet (pre-cut).

This is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. Excellent rooms interior design. The rooms have everything you might need for the most comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a table for 2-4 people. The pool is clean and big enough to enjoy a late night swim in peace and quiet. The staff is really helpful and responsive. I’ll be back for sure!

My bathroom had not been cleaned when I arrived. When I attempted to take a shower a few hours after I arrived I noticed that the wall of the bathroom was filthy. I called the front desk right away and was advised that housekeeping was not available at that time. Understandable, given that it was in the evening but I was promised that housekeeping would arrive between 8:30-9:30 to clean the room the next day. No one showed up until 9:30am. I had already advised front desk that I had a 10:00am appointment and would need access to the bathrooms to take a shower before that time. Housekeeping completed cleaning my room a little after 9:45am. The floors were still wet so I had to wait even longer before I could take a shower. The ironing board cover was also dirty and had not been checked in some time. When I went to iron I asked if it could be replaced. It was not replaced until the next day. I take for granted that there is usually a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. This suite seemed to have everything except this detail that I use to apply make up, or some may also use it for shaving. I found the hairdryer in my room to be on the fritz- it may just need to be replaced it was smoking every time I turned it on. The pool had not been cleaned. There was tons of hair floating around in it. I would suggest more attention be paid to this amenity.

I like the amenities available in the room. Having a full sized fridge, dish washer, as well as utensils are a great bonus. Small touches like dishwashing liquid, sponge even hand towels made staying a few days feel like an apartment. The design and layout of the room are also good. I like having more than one option for where I could work- there was a desk as well as a table near the couch.

The breakfast has to be improved by adding more types of food. There is no safe in the room.

The location is excellent with free parking. The room and the sitting room are very comfortable with kitchenet. Almost everything was available in the suite.
