During my recent hotel stay, I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. The ambience catered well to families, the rooms were comfortable, and the pool was a fantastic addition. Its location was convenient, making it an excellent choice, particularly for families with children. Overall, I couldn't find anything to dislike about my experience.

Granola or muesli to go with the yogurt at breakfast would been nice.

The staff was very nice and our rooms met expectations. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was large enough to fit a number of children who were staying at the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good.

It was great . We reached on winter storm day.anow everywhere and harsh weather. But Hotel service was great, it hardly took a minute to check in and reach the room. It was clean and comfy. The breakfast was good. The exercise room was great.

The breakfast was poor. Isolation was not good enough. We heard people going on the floor.

Staff is very helpful. Suites are spacious. Enough room for a big family. Clean and modern.

We were in the pool area. You can enter from the 24 hr gym or a hallway that also leads to laundry. The pool has a separate door lock to access via room keys. 15 min before the pool closed we were trying to unlock the access door to leave the area, but it was locked. Several other guests also tried but we were locked in. The pool door still unlocked allowing us to call front desk. We had to wait several minutes for security to come unlock the door. They casually sauntered down the hall, and didn’t apologize that we were locked in an area, telling us it was essentially our fault because the pool was closing… yet the area was still open, and we could still unlock the pool door. It was a stressful experience for children and it didn’t seem like the lot cared they had guests locked in an area.

Beautiful and well-kept property. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Actually some guests made a lot of noise in lobby and restaurant space and no rules to following by guest to follow and respect to other guest.

The breakfast was acceptable. with different main-course every day. different taste of tea and coffee. the space was a bit quiet and enough seat for taking a relax and comfortable breakfast.

The fresh food at breakfast wasn’t the best, rather bland and over cooked though the yogurt, fruit and reads were great.

Parking, up to date stylish furniture, lots of power outlets, fast service when additional requests were made to staff (for more coffee or an iron on the room)

Breakfast options could have been better. Also, there is ongoing construction adjacent to the hotel, so staying there during the week may be a nightmare (luckily, we were there for the weekend but experienced the noise the morning we checked out). I didn't like that on the morning I was to check out the cleaning lady knocked to ask what time I would be leaving. And it wasn't even my checkout time yet.

The room was big and comfortable. Extra bedding and a blanket was available for the sofa bed. Traveled with my baby so she had a lot of space to crawl around in the suite. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Clean suite. Elevators working well, so no delays in and out. I wish they had electric kettles in the rooms though.....

The breakfast was below average. The pillows were not comfortable. If you were to prepare a meal there is nowhere to sit and eat as a family.

The draining system in the bath tub is not working properly, draining the system needs regular maintenance. The breakfast is not as good as many people had expected as per the price paid to staying. Not enough varioutties to choose
