Fee for mandatory pet cleaning should be disclosed prior to booking with hotel. I have no issues with paying a cleaning fee as I assumed this, however the amount should be disclosed. Room was nice but not worth the $220+/night + $75 plus tax for pet cleaning. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher when we got to our room. Not a big deal but the dishwasher could've been turned on prior to our arrival. I assume this was an honest mistake by the housekeepers.

Pool is very small and fills up quickly. Room/kitchen is clean but pretty basic. Sounds echo. Can hear sounds from hallway. Pull-out bed is terrible - can feel every spring in the mattress. Good for a short stay.

Good space, comfortable beds. Vanity/sink is outside of the bathroom which is convenient.

The shower 🚿 didn't work at that time but other than that everything was excellent 👌.

I like that everything around was so quiet and the breakfast was nice and warm and tasty 😋 a big area with tables to sit down and eat with your family.

There was no binder in the room with details about the hotel. I would have liked to know the hotel layout, more details about the hotel, and the area which were missing.

We tend to travel 4-6 times a year at similarly ranked hotels, and this one was one of the best! The bed was so comfortable, the room was great, the amenities were great also!

No room service so had to ask for clean towels, Kleenex, and toilet paper. Slept in unmade beds 2nd night.

My wife's side of the bed had a major dip (low spot) in the mattress. My side was fine. It made it extremely uncomfortable for her to sleep.

Cleanliness. The fact that there was a full size fridge was excellent. Also plates and cups were available. Room amenities were great. The breakfast was excellent!!

There were no sheets on the pullout couch, which we did not notice till bed time and had to wait for sheets and put them on ourselves. Also love a heated pool but they had that temperature cranked. More like a hot tub than a pool.

There is clearing a major leak in the one window in tge living area of the room. Number 120. It rained during thr night and there was water all over the window sill. Also the kitchen could have been equipped with some useful kitchen items there was nothing.

First impression: walk up to the main doors and two staff were puffing a cigarette! Ask your staff to smoke somewhere else! Not professional at all. looks clean until you look closely. Back of doors, baseboards etc. one of the pillows looked like someone slept on it. No jam, peanut butter, honey, maple syrup if you wanted a waffle. fruit selection wasn’t great either. The music was too loud in the room where you get your food too. For a newish property, I was surprised it wasn’t cleaner in some areas.

The sofa in the bedroom was too hard (not comfortable at all), the pool could be a little bit warmer. They get us a queen size comforter for a queen bed.

Good kitchen, with cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Very comfy king bed and good size showers. Good buffet breakfast and nice warm pool.
