Never had the room cleaned while we stayed there due to holiday Saturday and checking out Tuesday. ran out of toilet paper last day and my son called for towels before we checked out and they never brought.

The bath tub didn’t drain and there was a massive hairball in the drain which was not ours.

The kitchenette was great! The beds were comfy.

The sofa bed/couch was old and very uncomfortable to even sit on let alone sleep on. The pillows were flat and the beds really soft, I found it hard to get comfortable.

Breakfast was a nice variety, rooms were clean and pool was nice. The full kitchen was also nice.

Beds were not very comfortable, and wifi access was tricky to figure out. Sofa was older and sat out.

Room was clean and staff was super friendly! Went above and beyond and issued a refund when we had to check out earlier than reservation. It was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was beyond our expectations. Will definitely be back.

Two different days , two different kinds of cold potatoes with breakfast. Disappointing but not a deal breaker. We will probably stay there again. The couch could use some updating, getting a little worn-out.

We were very shocked by the price to have a pet stay with us. We arrived at 8pm and left before 7am the next day and it was $50 extra to have our dog stay with us. We really wish there was a lower rate for those only staying a few nights. Won’t stay again for this reason.

I liked the size of the room - great to have a little extra space for our toddler to run around!

When we checked in the front desk staffs were great. we checked-in in the evening and jay was very accommodating and gave us a room that I requested due to allergies from furs. we were also given complimentary water since we were members of Hilton rewards program. Upon check out however, we requested a later check out since our flight is at 10pm. we were given till one and i requested at just an hour more but the front desk lady informed us it would be 50.00 after 1. we checked out at 1. we asked if they can give us water but the lady at the front desk was charging us for it and told us that they do not give it out for free when we had it for the last 3 days we were there..we also asked for shuttle to airport but the front desk staff declined as they dont have anyone to drive us. we booked an airport hotel just because we needed the shuttle and they couldn’t provide one?? the lady at the front desk is not friendly in any way and wouldn’t even smile. its the same person we asked for water and a late check out. ver poor customer service. except ofcourse for the 2 gentleman who assisted us upon check in.

Pillows were not so comfortable, so I didn't get a good sleep, but it was just me, the rest of the family was happy.

The room was huge! We were pleasantly surprised. It was also exceptionally clean! Nice breakfast. Got the top floor per our request.

The pullout couch definitely needs a new mattress - the springs are almost poking through. The staff were not overly friendly but were professional.

Breakfast during covid was not what it was pre-covid. I give them an A for effort but a D for food quality. It was plentiful and there were a lot of different options but it was only edible. Real problem with hot water in the morning, never did get a hot shower, once it was warmish but other than that it ranged form coolish to outright cold. For some strange reason, the blanket on our bed was an old mattress cover with the corners cut
