Extremely nice staff except for one person who seemed annoyed when I called for a room service that was only available as of 15 min later. Earlier/longer room service would be great.

I used to live in Montreal. The hotel is well positioned for walking to the key areas a visitor would usually hit. 15-20 mins to the old port, right at the city center...etc. Beautifully designed but not over the top grandeur that's catered to (i feel) young professionals. The bar didnt get too busy when i was there, great ambience. I didnt use the pool but it looked great! Overall loved my stay there and would recommend!

There was a closed condum on the floor near the night table. I just threw it out. But yeah definitely was not pleasant moment. Make you question the rest of the place more. But aside from that the room was stunning! The lights the decor! Wow!

Restaurant on property had great food, location was walking distance from everything. 20 minute Uber ride to Mont Royal. Overall family friendly and will return.

Room was a bit humid and stuffy. We tried to turn heating down with HVAC controls but temperature would not budge below 23 degrees Celsius. The Lenovo tablet that controlled the room’s lighting did not work for two of the three days we stayed at the hotel. This wasn’t a massive deal, but it was annoying to have to use the main light switch because it did not allow for individual light controls (say just for just one or two bathroom lights to be on). Parking and dining were pricey as you might expect but Montreal has lots of parking lots and even more restaurants.

Beautiful decor, attention to detail in room design, especially lighting, storage areas, and washroom layout. The 1920’s theme was well executed throughout with lots of velvet surfaces, retro finishes, and wood cabinetry. The facilities (gym, pool and sauna) and attentive staff were also part of the reason the stay was enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and a nice wooden cot was provided for our toddler to sleep in. The sound proofing was also excellent — we rarely heard anyone else on our floor (hopefully they didn’t hear us, either). Although I wouldn’t judge a hotel on its design alone, the dedication to the brass, green, and pink theme was so consistent that even the exercise rig in the fitness centre is pink.

The sauna heat was set REALLY hot…I’m a frequent sauna user and it was tough to sit in. Room service took a long while to get (just ordered 2 drinks)

The location is PERFECT! Walked to the old port in ~20 minutes, downtown in ~10. Metro is across the street. The room and lobby smelt amazing! The theme/design is super consistent throughout, and just makes your stay feel fun. The king room felt HUGE and the ceilings are high, giving a super luxurious feel. Everything was extremely clean, and the small details like the stamped toilet paper was so cute and felt fancy. The room service drinks were actually a decent price….although they weren’t exactly what I ordered when I got them, they were still delicious and fairly priced. Took a little long to get though. The pool area is grand and clean. The sauna is REALLY hot… All in all, value for the price is AMAZING and definitely worth it.

Beautiful design but still very comfortable and welcoming. The room was beautiful, sparkling clean, and the bed was soooooo delightfully luxurious. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The sauna and pool was fantastic (though always full of noisy kids, alas).

I would prefer the room on a higher floor with a better look on the city

The property was very stylish, we liked the view from the pool. It was fun to be right in the city centre. The breakfast was excellent. My sister said it was the best she had in her life :)
