We were passing through Montreal to the east coast and were glad to find a nice place to stay! Cozy room, comfy bed and nice breakfast before we hit the road again. Thx!

The air-conditioning was very noisy and old but I did not have to use it thanks ventilation through balcony door.

I gave this exceptional rating because I was given room Nr. 23, which is the only room with balcony, situated towards the garden and lake, very quiet, with good possibilities for fresh air through the balcony door, everything was perfect. Breakfast is simple (continental) downstairs and consists of cereals, toast bread, butter, marmelade, cocoa cream, tea, coffee, juice etc. and can be self-made anytime, even at 4am. Good parking right in front and free of charge. I liked the village atmosphere and calmness (but may be too far from Montreal, but for my purpose it was OK).

Staff were non-existent. Looked like they had wifi but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Breakfast was included but cold coffee, no napkins, no staff! Room smelled of cleaner, we aired it out but never dissipated completely. Bed was “squeaky “, floor was partially plywood, bathroom clean but. Dry small.

It was right on the st Lawrence river with a large green lawn leading down to the water. Some Adirondack chairs were at the waters wedge. Pool closed as past summer but would be a great family spot in the summer.

The building is very old.

The location is right next to the river bank. The rooms are comfortable and clean and it is good value for your money overall.

Overall breakfast is more than dissapointing. Plates where not clean and had some dried peanut butter on them. No juice and when ask staff to refill was told they didn't have more. Had to brew my own pot of coffee. No fruit, only bread, peanut butter and a jar of jam. If you have nut allergy I wouldn't eat there for sure.

Our stay at this property was horrible. We were there in June and as soon as we turned on the lights, a ton of bugs entered the room because apparently the window was not ceiled properly at the AC. So we had to leave the light off and stay in the dark the rest of the evening. Also, there was NO WARM WATER when I tried to shower. Since it was already 10:30 pm I could also not find anyone at the front desk nor was there a possibility to reach anyone. When I told them the next day at checkout about the missing warm water they did not seem surprised or apologize for it. I guess this is normal? The beds were also not really comfy but I heard that this is better in other rooms they have (don't go second floor). I would not recommend or come back.

Friendly staff and clean awesome place. Sat on the water and sat on their front area. If you can’t do stairs to get to your room it’s not for you but other than that it is amazing Bridgett was great to communicate and staff did the best. Over and above to help us with the language barrier. Thanks for an amazing experience 💕

The room was extremely small, the floor was sloped, the bed was creaky and very noisy, the TV was small.

The bed made a lot of noise, and we were woken up at 3am by yelling and slamming doors (I think there was an argument) - I suppose that happens from time to time in any place where people are gathered though. Still, can't say it made me feel safe.

The room didn't have bedbugs, it had a TV and mini fridge, and there was free wifi.
