It’s an old motel, just needs a bit of updating, but we are no fuss kind of people location and free parking and friendly staff made it great!

Manager Jas, was pleasant and lovely! She went out of her way to let us check in earlier than 3, she had the room ready for 2pm and then aloud us to leave the next morning at 12 with no charges so we could go to the public mineral pool for family day! We would stay there again for sure. Sweet friendly and accommodating:)

Strange check in procedure having to call staff to inform of arrival to be greeted/given room key but they were very friendly. Downstairs restaurant not open.

Great location with lovely views from the balcony. Room was spacious and comfortable if a little dated.

Check in have to call phone number posted on door. There is no visible staff and no real check in area. The dresser and side tables were dusty could do better job cleaning.

Location is awesome. Its on the main strip and the room had great Lake view plus with a small deck to sit out and watch whatever was happening on the lake or on the street below. Free parking

The balcony was dirty and hadn't been swept, spiderwebs everywhere, windows dirty. The bedside lamps were too low for reading and one side didn't have a light bulb. No one was there to check us in, had to call a number, took ten minutes or more for someone to get there. Restaurant was not open.

Unfortunately there were very few towels so the two of us had to share for both showers. No creamer or whitener for coffee in the room and when I called for support around 9ish in the am; the call was not answered or returned. There was also 2” hairs in the bath tub upon arrival. TV worked well which is uncommon. Thank you for the stay.

Fast courteous front desk woman let us know she was training to ensure we were ok with the extra checking in time. Being able to book with credit card and pay debit at time of arrival was convenient.

Check at the door was odd. Had to phone first to get someone to open the door to the lobby.

The bed was awesome. Comfortable and lovely linens. The room was clean. Building was pretty dated and parking in the back a bit sketchy.

We drove from Edmonton to go to Harrison Hot Springs for the hot mineral water at the Resort or the public mineral pool to find out we were not allowed to use the Resort hot pools was not for public use, we were not informed of this information when we made our booking. Very very disappointed!!!. Also the public mineral pool was not operational, another disappointment! We will not be back and will not recommend this place to our friends and family.

It's odd having to call the reception to meet you but Covid may have changed its means and methods so that is fine.

Didn't like opening the closet and someone's clothes are hanging there. Didn't like having a shower and tub was plugged. Go to make coffee in the morning and coffee maker still has used coffee in it..

When we arrived there was a small sign posted on the door to call for service and we had to come back at 3 to meet staff for a key. A person later came, but appeared tone the maid cleaning rooms. A proper receptionist would be more professional and welcoming.

This hotel is very dated and appears abandoned. There is no reception area and the restaurant is closed but has a small desk where we obtained the key.

TV did not work when we got there. We were busy the first few days and was not able to make a connection with the staff finally got a hold of them the last night and they got it fixed.

Room was very large, and the view of the lake was beautiful. We had a little balcony that we could sit on in the evenings and watch the lake. The bed was very comfortable plenty of pillows. It is one of the older Hotels in the area and the area is beautiful. Lots of restaurants and other things within walking distance.
