I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant that I knew had good food so I wouldn’t have to go out to eat but both nights I stayed the restaurant was closed at supper time

Everything was satisfactory and pleasant; nothing to worry about or even mention. It was a bit noisy but the party ended soon after we went to our room.

The breakfast was perfect; tasted great. We were pleased with the service and the wait staff - front desk staff; everyone was very pleasant and cordial.

Seemed a bit pricy ($309 per night) for a facility with no pool, fitness centre, etc. and basic rooms.

Loved the location - convenient to restaurants, Confederation Centre of the Arts, etc. - we could walk everywhere. Free parking and complimentary fresh, hot breakfast (not a buffet) were great! Staff were exceptional.

Only 1 lamp between the two beds. I was travelling solo but not good if two people. Had electrical outlets but not a lot. Flimsy on window could not be pushed aside. Dining room over air-conditioned. Coffee in room and in dining room not good.Three out of four breakfasts had sausage, bacon, or both. One breakfast did have oatmeal, yogourt, and muffin. After first morning, I asked what yogourts and muffins were available, and picked the ones I wanted. If you ask, you can get choice, but you have to ask. It was nice breakfast but as they promote free breakfasts are included, should be more variety in options. Asked to have garbage taken away every day and bed made. They did do it, but if you don't ask, won't happen. To me, one of the reasons to stay at a hotel and not AirBNB is to get room service. I don't need towels changed but I do want room cleaned.

Room in main building with two queen beds. Very helpful staff. Front Desk young man (taking engineering at McMaster University) figured out problem with onsite washer and dryer (someone had jammed a two dollar coin into slot) and suggested I use quarters to get around 1 dollar coin slot not working. Washer very reasonable, $1.50, and dryer $1.75. Laundromat up the street was $3 each for washer and dryer. At first I thought something wrong with washer because put detergent right into machine rather than into drawer. But laundromat up the street worked the same way. Had computer and Internet available for people who did not have smartphone. Very good location. At start of Charlottetown heritage area so about 15 minutes to waterfront. Near TD Bank, Cow's Ice cream, etc. In other direction, about 15 minutes from Sobey's. Room had microwave and refrigerator.

There were several younger teengage boys who had nerf guns in the lobby and they were very loud all night. At 4 am, we could still hear them running down the halls and talking. Not the hotels faulty but they were VERY loud.

Breakfast was great. Had supper at the restaurant and it was great. Beds were comfortable. Coffee was great and they even had decaf. Love that we could take our dogs.

There was a Christmas party during the evening and was very noisy but calmed down after about a half hour but it was not appreciated after traveling a 4 hour drive from Halifax.

The comfort of the bed was perfect. Everything that we observed was clean and pleasurable.

We found that the cost for one night was quite expensive.

We had to check out before the breakfast started. The front desk staff were so helpful in packing us a breakfast to take with us to the airport! Thank you:)
