Very noisy. No soundproofing at all. The bar plays music until 3 am. Earplugs are helpless. Very high quality audio system, the walls are trembling))

The hotel is the second floor or the building. The main floor is a bar. The room was small but clean. It is located in the more industrial part of town.

If you read the other reviews, you will see complaints about noise. There is a bar downstairs that operates to a max of 3am every night (based on info from Google) although most nights the noise would cede around 10pm, so not too bad. This is something you need to consider before booking. The room did come with earplugs so that's a bonus and surely a mitigating factor given the location of the bar downstairs. Parking is very limited, but if you park outside of peak bar hours, you should be fine. I usually had the last spot every night except once (I stayed 7 days). I did notice some bed sheets thrown at the bottom of the stairs that remained there for 3 days before being picked up. Hopefully an isolated event.

The WiFi was very fast (~50mb/s). Front staff was courteous when I checked in, although never seen them again for the rest of the week. I think this is because they also work the bar co-located in the same building.

I didn't expect much but we were there during a very hot spell and the AC unit was deficient. We were aunable to get the room to a proper temperature. Notwithsatnding, I'd probably stay again, especially during cooler days.

Decent location and patrons were friendly however the hotel is located above a local dive bar and patrons are the kind you find in that type of establishment. Although, it should be noted that nothing bad happened and everyone was polite. The room was quite clean, that was much appreciated.

Virtually everything, when we went upstairs to look at the room a man was angrily yelling at somebody in the very next room. Did not like being told that because I could not get my luggage up to the rooms that was my tough luck and I was going to pay because they had my credit card number. It’s been a few days and I’m still upset at the property and booking.com. I’ve never left a review like this and will of course never visit this property again or utilize booking.com again. We found another hotel in town who said they knew about all the problems at the plaza bar and hotel.

Awful experience, you enter the property thru a bar and the only way to get to your room up is up two flights of steep, narrow stairs. When I explained to the management that as an old person with mobility issues that I could never carry my wife’s and my luggage up there, we were told tough, take it or leave it, no refunds and that they never have issues as most guests don’t take luggage to the rooms, wink, wink. I’m really surprised that booking.com carries such a property. Flushed several hundred dollars down the toilet that we can ill afford.
