Could open the breakfast sooner for earlier start. Coffee was available, so that was a great Plan B.

Great location and facilities for an overnight as part of a longer trip. Was able to park the moving truck rental easily, and could view it from the room. Parking area well lighted and was confident that it was a safe place to leave the vehicle. Restaurants and box stores in walking distance; helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Please check your room before your check in. Room with door between rooms , is horrible... Noise from neighbor room too loud. No soundproof at all... Also noice from heater and outside ice machine loud..

The room we got was second floor and the bathtub was dirty , looks like no one clean it for long time . I found hair and soap there. No face tissue in bathroom and the empty box left on the toilet.

Breakfast options were a bit limited, and not a highlight of our stay. Even a few simple hot options like pre-made breakfast sandwhiches would be a great addition.

Overall, it's clear that the property has been upgraded since our last stay. While there were some small renovations in progress (i.e., changing door numbers), the fresh paint and updated design in our room was nice and inviting! Also, the choice of name brand amenities (in this case Dove) felt like a step up from other places.

The heater in the room was insanely hot! I had to turn it down to 62C to make it remotely comfortable for sleeping. The bed frame was a bit squeaky. The curtains needed to be darker.

It was a simple room. Older decor but clean. They were actively making cosmetic improvements while I was there. I didn’t have breakfast, but it looked to be adequately stocked and lots of people were enjoying the space in the morning.

I noticed the staff was not friendly. Never seen smile and doesn't talk politely. Starts to pack food 15 minutes before the end of time for breakfast. We were not totally done and she turned off the lights in canteen already. I found it rude and the fact that its not yet overtime for breakfast.

Most of the room seemed clean but there was an empty sample shampoo bottle left in the shower, in a very obvious place. Made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned. There was no microwave in the rooms. There was no coffee maker in the rooms and the coffee served in the lobby for breakfast was terrible. If you are able to use stairs, I would request a 2nd floor room. The 1st floor is motel style and didn't feel particularly safe if you are traveling solo

1) the initial individual that checked myself is had a bit of attitude not taking accountability to the gentleman in-front of me when he was promised cash deposit was accepted and the told it wasn’t leaving him and his family without a place to stay for the night. 2) the girl that checked me out wasn’t willing to print off my receipt. Said it would be emailed to me. Email wasn’t confirmed. 3) called 6 Nov to call about my receipt and was given attitude by the gentleman that just started his shift saying he’s not responsible for the actions of the others that work there when all I asked for was to have my receipt emailed to me. I never had any of these issues with any of my other bookings through booking.com and was told it was the third part to blame when all I wanted was my receipt.

They were able to move my room when my original room smelt like smoke. But it’s obvious rooms aren’t actually looked at or held to standard for the amount the require for a hold on your credit card.
