I booked on the internet and when i arrived, not what i expected. I assumed 3 adults with a separate bed each and when i entered the room, 1 bed only. You should probably update your descriptions of available bedding options. There was a hole in the bathroom sink

smell of rotting garbage (food/fruit) at entrance. On a previous stay I was given a breakfast in a bag. the apple was completely rotten and running over the rest of the food items. the muffin was outdated and i was afraid to eat the rest not knowing how long ago it had been packed. a/c smelled musty moldy

The AC and fan was way too strong even for a July day. We had to turn on the heat :). Also, the curtain only closes half way so it was pretty easy to wake up at 7.

There were a series of things, none of them earth shattering, that left us feeling that were better options. 1. After booking the first night I called and booked a second. It was not recorded correctly, so upon arrival they clerks thought I had two rooms booked for the same night. 2. There was maintenance work being done in the hallway. Maintenance is always a good thing, but perhaps some warning/explanation could have been given as to why there were large holes in the wall and why the lights in the ceiling were flashing as if the hallway was haunted. 3. There was almost no water pressure in the bathroom sink. 3. There was no hot water Saturday morning. I had a speaking engagement that morning and could not shower in preparation. A discount was recorded on our bill, but has not yet hit my VISA account. I will keep an eye. 4. On the second day we returned back to the hotel mid-afternoon to a room that had not been cleaned or the bed made up. The cleaning staff seemed to be working close by so I felt certain they were coming. They never did come. No discount was given for this lack of service which was included in the price. Comments to the ladies at the front desk regarding this were greeted with blank stares. So, when you put it all together, it wasn't our best stay in a hotel.

The location. The room was pretty clean upon arrival, The bed was just okay, although my wife slept on the couch the second night.

Desk chair in room was peeling, sink did not drain well, bed sagged into middle, shower head was clogged, smoke detector was hanging down from ceiling, creamers were bad at the breakfast and food was cold, heater in room was hard to adjust so we never got a good temperature and was acient. When explained this to front desk they basically blew me off.. okay thank you for letting me know.
