Didn’t have the heating on in the room upon my arrival and the room was freezing and took a few hrs to warm up.

For 50 dollars more, I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn down the street which is by far cleaner, more professional and updated. Staff here was incompetent when asked if a designated smoking area, told there wasn’t. Walked out the door and saw ash towers to the side. Also, told no side door to use for smoking outside, and there is. Paint chipped everywhere, slow elevator, little amenities. Very disappointing. Also had to pay $50 extra to stay an extra hour after check out time when the Holiday Inn let us stay 3 extra hours free of charge.

The front desk staff. He was long drawn out, talking too much and over explaining everything. It was ridiculous how much he talked. check-in took like 20 minutes per person. There were three people in front of me when I checked in, and it took almost an hour to check all four of us in. And each person he explained the exact same speech over and over again it was so monotonous and annoying. Same when I checked out like 25 minutes to check out, there's absolutely ridiculous. I also requested a ground floor room when I reserved the room. However, when I arrived there, I found out that there were no ground floor rooms, and then I got a room on the third floor. They should have notified me that there was no ground floor. I would have stayed in another hotel. There were three lamps in my room and one overhead lighting. Two of the three lamps light bulbs were burnt out when I arrived. So when you add all these things together, it just wasn't an enjoyable stay for me.

Staff on standby, bit quirky. No kettle in room, no teabags or milk. Dining room quite tired. Decor generally tired. Swimming pool not working, although was aware of that from previously. All looking quite tired

There were a few things missed in the cleaning of my room but nothing that I couldn't manage.

The lovely gentleman who checked me in was delightful. He was efficient, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to.

I was at the hotel for a family wedding we stayed 2 nights (paid separately). The first room we had was a broken bed. We had to switch rooms after being settled in because of the bed. My toddler would of fallen out of the bed if we kept that room. The staff at the front desk was so unpleasant to deal with. The pool was out of service.

Lack of available parking due to a large number of workers taking up double spots. Also, the front office staff was not the friendliest. The shower head was absolute crap. There was no safety bar, and the tub was slippery to get in and out. The elevator was making weird noises, and we were a bit concerned.

It was conveniently located, the breakfast was good.

in the continental breakfast tables were dirty, we had asked for our room to be cleaned in the afternoon especially the bathroom and it wasn’t done. Then the morning we were checking out housekeeping knocked on our door once and just walked in the room they didn’t say housekeeping.

The cleaning needs improvement the stairs were never cleaned the whole time we were there there were papers on the floor of the stairs for 3 days in the same spot. There were ants in the room a small hole in the wall and part of the curtain was coming off the wall...
