Can't complain, just a note: jacuzzi for adults only and only an outdoor seasonal pool for children.

We went for the eclipse and loved visiting the area. Breakfast was yummy with a selection of bread items, baked goods, yogurts, fruit and cheese. We hope to be back.

The morning coffee left something to be desired, but there is a Starbucks within 500 meters. The hotel feels just a touch dated. We could occasionally hear very slight murmurs of our neighbors talking and the shower head holder wouldn't lock in place and continuously slid to the bottom of the rail. The fitness center was also very sparse. 3 cardio machines and a small rack of free weights in a tight space.

Breakfast was well stocked and offered a diverse selection of items. Scrambled eggs, hard boiled, multiple banana breads, yogurts, waffles, muffins etc. Fresh fruits as well and a mini bar in the lobby.

They have a very strict policy of no children under 16 in the large jacuzzi. As a family, we had booked the hotel looking forward to using the jacuzzi after a day of skiing. We were very surprised to hear about this policy as we had stayed in the hotel in years past and used the jacuzzi with our son. I would rather prefer there to be guidelines in place for the jacuzzi’s use - no toddler or infant under 2 and 20 minute exposure for other children. I guess they have had past experiences, but still…it was a little disappointing.

Very centrally located, close to the slopes and close to restaurants and shops. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of breads and pastries, fruit, yogurt and eggs.

There is no light over the counter of the kitchenette.

The staff is friendly. Bed and furniture are very comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection of food. Coffee is excellent. Close to restaurants, convenience stores, highway.

Full payment was made previously to arrival on Booking.com but staff insisted to take credit card number at check-in. Card number was written on piece of paper including 3 digits at the back. This is not acceptable practice. Only first and last 3 digits should be available on hotel system and definitely not the security numbers at the back.

Very close to the shops and autoroute. Indoor pool would have been ideal.

It’s location as it was easy to go to the other nearby towns. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was relatively large, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and was much more than was to be expected for a continental breakfast.

Room didn't get serviced even after putting the request on the door but maybe the window we gave was too small and they never passed by our room.

Breakfast is not great... Hotel was busy and the self-service breakfast was chaotic. The breakfast staff could not keep up with the supplies and clean ustensiles. The breakfast experience was a disappointing. Lighting options in the rooms need to be updated. No bedside lighting for reading.

Bed was super comfortable. Access to bicycle paths right outside the hotel. Lots of restaurant options nearby without having to drive. The pool garden is pleasant. Staff at reception friendly and helpful.
