Loved the design. New, clean and spacious. Room was excellent size with modern bathroom. Everything brand new. Quality of the bedding and the towels was exceptional!!!!! Dinner at Boefish was supernice. Fun decor, good, eclectic atmosphere, and great choices on the menu. Receipt was submitted already to my email before we reached the door on the way out.

This is the 2nd time I booked to this hotel, but this one is a bit disappointing because first, I emailed them to request a birthday greeting for my husband to be displayed in the ipad in the room and they replied and said they will do it, but when we come to our room, the ipad is off, when we turn on no birthday greeting. Second, on our first time we booked to this hotel, we were able to access the thermal experience for free(we booked superior room). But this time, the receptionist said I just booked a deluxe room so we have to pay $25 per person!. He said the free access is only for premium rooms. I rechecked my booking, it says superior room and there's no premium room here on booking.com. I just booked the same as our first, so why now they ask us to pay? I called the receptionist, then he said "ok, there's just a problem with our internet" so he let us access the thermal experience. I was just disappointed because the reason why we come here again is that we like the thermal experience.

Stunning place. Very clean and safe with all the COVID restrictions we were able to have an amazing stay and enjoy our time at this hotel! Beds extremely comfortable, modern bathroom with heated floor was a must, very good breakfast, polite, discreet and helpful staff. Loved every detail. It was my wife’s birthday and they left some complimentary snacks and drinks with a lovely handwritten card to her at the room. Spa experience was great too.

We think the municipal was putting fertilizers around the town so we can smell the foul scent in the hallway. But good thing, the hotel made an effort to set-up scent diffusers in every hallway.

Everything in and around OTL is simple, functional, updated and clean. We were so impressed with the facilities. We loved the pillows and bed. The bonus was the body pillow. The staff were professional and polite. Their breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here when we go back in Saguenay.

We had a nice stay. Covid protocols limited our breakfast and dinner experience, but staff were very courteous and professional. The room service menu was excellent, and there was a lot of outdoor space for guests to gather. The room was quite comfortable.

This is one of the best hotels for the price. You can easily find yourself paying $500 + per night in hotels like this that are downtown in big cities.

Great hotel, spotless, beautiful. Exceeded my expectations. Spacious , clean comfortable room. Good breakfast, just a little bit pushy some of the personnel in the breakfast area, however I understand that it is due to COVID. Great gym and indoor and especially outdoor pool. Great place to stay!

I was disappointed we could not use the backyard swings and beautiful outdoor pools. They sat mostly empty. Seemed like such a waste. I saw many people trying the door (including ourselves) from the pool to the outside area, mystified that it was locked. We were not told about the VIP spa plan at any time until I enquired at the front desk. Perhaps there could be a time of day where it is open to all guests or charge a reasonable room fee for use at limited times, separate from the VIP plan?
