You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe only thing that bothered me personally was the air deodorizer they used in the lobby and hallways. I have sensitivity to perfumes, so it bothered ME. Otherwise, most people would find it pleasant or not notice .

CanadaThe hotel is marketed as if it is one of "12 Canada's most luxurious". There is nothing luxurious about this hotel. Yes, you get an iPad in the room for services and such, but this is not a big deal (and the apps are not that user-friendly). The spa garden is indeed nice when there is no crowd (and when you can actually also manage to book massage - which was impossible even that we stayed for a few days). Although staff was kind in general, we had a bad experience on the last day. When checking-in, we were told that breakfast is until 11am and nobody mentioned anything else. One of us has a blood sugar issue and we need to plan meals careful and in advance. On the last day, we planned to go for the breakfast as late as possible and when we got there at 10:45 - the kitchen was closed. Only then did we realized that the breakfast is until 10:30 on Mon (or, we suppose, on other work days). When we asked - "why weren't we informed" - they told us that we should have checked our room iPad! We did not get any apology. Also, that "luxurious" room on the 4th floor was not really clean. And even the bed sheet/linen were not made well. That room is also not very sound-proof. Even when people just talk loudly in the next room, you may not be able to sleep.
Value for money is good - you get what you paid (as it is not that expensive). It is excellent for an average hotel for that price. Our room had a lovely view on the spa garden - do ask for the king room on 4th floor with garden view.

United StatesNitpicking here: The outside door nearest the parking lot was locked and not accessible by room key, which was inconvenient. Location is fine with a car, but not much is in walking distance.
Beautiful modern hotel. Comfortable beds, lovely room. Breakfast buffet very delicious along with freshly made omelettes. Fresh fruit, blueberries and raspberries, high quality yogurt, fresh pasties, meat, cheese, fresh breads and much more were on the buffet. The on-site restaurant Boefish was excellent for dinner. We ate there both nights. Friendly staff at reception, breakfast and the restaurant. It rained so we did not use the outdoor pool and garden area, but it looked fantastic. Book a room with a garden view for a few more dollars, otherwise view is of parking lots. Classy hotel all around. We would stay again and wished our stay was longer.
