The bed seemed set on the frame unevenly. Sitting on the edge seemed to tip the mattress.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The water pressure was excellent and the water was hot! Couldn't ask for more.

The room has terrible smell, floors were sticky, toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, corridor was full of cigarette buds and ashes and empty beer cans. In-house guests have to pay parking fee per night???

The bathroom was very outdated and one of the staff came to the pool with a beer in hand to close it up more then once.There was no fridge in the room or microwave and you had to pay 10 extra a day if you wanted a fridge that even if they had one available.

The airconditioner was not cool. Seems it needed re-gasing as it was not blowing cold air. Room temperature was merely ambient and we were sweating a lot with the "AC" on.

Shower pressure was great! Bed was clean tidy and comfortable.

The breakfast was okay wish there was bacon and eggs only served waffles some kind of cereal and bread and had some fruit wish there was more of a verity

The first room did not have a functioning a/c, and the staff wouldn't refund us when we asked. They wanted to charge us more for the only room they had left. We would not pay more, so they gave in and rented it at the lower price of the original room. They made a big deal, saying that the room was actually reserved for a regular. As if I should feel bad for taking a room that was appropriate. He kept on saying over again that his regular customer would be ok and understand because he is a nice person, but he is doing us a favor. This was not appropriate to try and make us feel guilty. This was very stressful as they knew we were there because our dad passed away just hours before. The filter on the A/C was filthy and had to be cleaned. The room was carpeted, and walking across the room barefeet left my feet black. The carpet was squishy and damp. The wifi is awful, and this was problematic as I still had to work. I couldn't even get data in the room. The pool was closed. I have a service dog, and they were hesitant to allow him. They allow pets but nothing over 25 lbs and no breeds with a reputation for aggression. My service dog is a Rottweiler. They do not allow them, but they legally had no choice when I showed them his certification. The breakfast was really gross. It's bananas, plain porridge, and waffles. The juice is only filled with bottoms (about an inch) even though no one was in there. We ate at timmies across the street. For the price, stay at the sunset inn. It's 100% better.

They changed our room because the a/c wasn't working. The new room was nice and cool. The tub was huge and the beds were decent. The housekeeping staff are really friendly and the housekeeper came running to us as we were leaving to thank us for tipping her.

no good window and air conditioning. However, they had an airconditioning device in each room. But they should service them. The smell was not good. All in all, it was good. They asked me to charge 10$ per day for parking. However, after I said it did not mention on the website, that was accepted politely!

WiFi felt like you are in a 3rd world country, so slow, we are unable to connect. We had our grandkids in the other rooms and it was just a mess, as the kids were not happy with very poor internet connection.

for a 3 star , it is what we have expected. The place was old but at least the beddings, toilet and sinks are clean. The place is close to Tim Hortons and it allows pets. The staff were friendly.
